However, i frowned upon witnessing no one in sight, just the empty almost darkened ground,
I pulled my phone out to ask Jake where he is, but as soon as i clicked on the chat, someone suddenly brought a red rose infront of my vision, catching me by surprise,
The person revealed themselves by standing infront of me, he bowed a bit, the rose still in his hand, urging me to accept it,

I laughed a little at his flirting while probing the rose, until my gaze landed on the oddly plain stem of the rose,
I furrowed my eyebrows as i glanced at him, then down on his fingers, my frown deepened as i abruplty grasped onto his hand, pulling it infront of me,
Which revealed two of his fingers with tiny scratches, i looked at him only to find him avoiding eye contact,
"did you perhaps...remove the thorns?" I questioned in concern, he grinned nervously while scratching the back of his hand as he retreated his hand back,
"N-no, i found it exactly like t-" "You seriously can't be lying right now"i stated in disbelief,
"I didn't want the thorns to prick your finger.." he mumbled while pouting like a cute puppy,
