009; drunk questions

DRUNK QUESTION

gia's face went red as the looks from five anticipating boys stared her down. she eyes bounced between her red cup filled with who knows what liquor and jacks face. his goofy grin turned into a smug smirk as he took another drink from his cup. "shit" she mumbled under her breath. she brought the contents of the cup up to her face and a whiff of the alcohol hit her nose. she grimaced at the smell and started have regrets about her choice.

"it's now or never g" she heard zach say. she placed the cup at her lips and knocked her head back allowing the alcohol to slide down her throat and intoxicate her bloodstream. it was bitter and definitely not something she wanted to drink ever again especially with the new memory mixed with the taste. incoherent sounds escaped her mouth as she set the cup back down. corbyn was quick to refill her cup as the rest laughed at her reaction.

gia shook off her first shot and took a look around the circle, deciding who her victim would be. her eyes lingered on daniel for a few moments too long and he met her gaze. holding it as long as he could before gia looked away with red cheeks. she could feel a heat start to rise through her stomach to her head before she started to shed the jacket she was wearing. "jonah" she said, her voice coming out slightly squeaky. the oldest boy raised his eyes towards the girl. he wore a face of determination, ready for anything she could throw at him. gia decided not to be harsh and went easy on him, "what's your most embarrassing moment on stage?".

jonah laughed a told a quick story before the game moved along, once again leaving jack to ask gia another question. "are you a virgin?" jack asked with his goofy grin. "geez jack, sounds like your trying to steal dani's girl" corbyn laughed. gia lowered her head in embarrassment as she heard daniel slightly hit corbyn and say a few things under his breath. gianna felt more comfortable answering with a curt "no, bur it does sound like you are trying to get in my pants". she gained more confidence by her retort as the boys laughed at jack when his face went red.

"what can i say, your the only girl here and i'm drunk" he said with a shrug, taking another drink. "i don't think so man" daniel pipped up.  gia got up from her spot to walk to the kitchen and retrieve another cup to fill with water as she heard corbyn comment "ooohhhh someone's getting possessive", earning another hit to the shoulder. gia watched the interaction unfold in front of her as she sipped the water she just grabbed. "can't you tell she got uncomfortable? she got up to go to the kitchen you idiot" daniel snapped back. "damn dude, chill out" jack slurred.

"sorry man" daniel replied, taking another drink of his alcohol. gia felt bad that they thought she was uncomfortable, quite honestly, she was the most comfortable she's been in the last few weeks. it was nice to have a group of friends to hang out with, even if they did play stupid drinking games.
