I walked over and took the keys out of his hands. "Thank you." I said.

I walked back to the cabin and unlocked it. Inside was absolutely breath taking. I walked into the living room to the right. There was a black leather couch, a flat screen tv hung on the wall, a brown wood coffee table stood near the front of the couch, and there was a patio door with sliding doors, glass of course that led to a back yard that had two picnic tables and a grill and led to woods.

I walked out o the very comfortable living room to the dinning room that was to the left when you walked in the cabin. It had a high ceiling with a chandelier, and a glass table with 10 chairs. Attached to the dining room was the kitchen, which was huge.

The counter was marble and there was a black fridge, the cabinets were empty. I wonder who was here before us? I want to know the history. Yes, I'm Leah. the geek who needs to know everything that comes to mind. I'll have to look that up. The nearest house is miles from here, so I'm guessing we won't be distur-

"Ready to pick your room?" A voice interrupted my thoughts making me jump. I spinner around and glared at Luke for scaring me.

"Next time knock please." I grumbled and brushed past him.

He mumbled under his breathe. "There isn't a door to the kitchen!" He yelled after me. I could care less. I grabbed my bags and ran up the stairs. There was another living room up here, about the same design ad the downstairs one, the side wall was complete glass so we got a complete look of the lake.

I sighed and walked towards the first door I seen. I opened it and walking into a complete wilderness room.

The carpet was a light green and fluffy. The bed was also green, but the pillows were white. The bed was queen size. A deer head was mounted to the wall. On the side of the bed was a desk with a computer, alarm clock, and writing tools. There was a casual brown dresser in the corner. The wall was blue, I'm guessing for the sky. And the light had pictures of geese flying. I guess I'll take this room, it's no dream room, but it seems very welcoming.

I heard Faith, Hunter, and Luke opening and closing doors, picking there bedrooms.

I could hear Faith and Luke talking in the room next to me and couldn't help but eavesdrop.

"Should we tell them?" I heard Faith ask.

"Your choice. It doesn't matter what they think of us." Luke said. Wait. What did he mean by 'us'?!

I heard someone sigh. "Alright, I'll tell them were together when the time is right." Faith said. Holy cows. They are dating?! Alright calm down Leah. I thought.

I decided to put away my clothes away while I can. I was in the middle of putting away my shirts when someone knocked on my door.

"Come on in." I said.

The door opened and Faith came in.

"I need to tell you something." She said like a child found putting its hand in the cookie jar. I grumbled for her to continue and she sighed. "Me and Luke are dating." She said guilty at her feet. "Faith that's nothing to be ashamed about." I explained. She smiled and sighed in relief. "Alright well I'm going to go out away my stuff." She said leaving the room.

I was in the backyard laying on the hammock after putting away my clothes.

I was listening to music when I felt something wet land on my forehead. I wiped on my and looked at my forehead. It was a clear, sunny day and it definitely wasn't raining.

The stuff was red and thick. I looked up and another drop feel. Blood?

I yelled and got off the hammock.

"What's wrong?!" Hunter yelled coming out of the house.

"Blood!" I yelled pointing at the roof, where it was dripping from.

He furrowed his eyebrows confused and went into the shed. He came out with a ladder and hooked it up.

"I'll go up and see what's there." He said taking a shaky deep breath.

He got up and gasped. "It's a freshly torn apart bird!" He yelled.

"It was torn apart, by another animal I believe. Maybe a Biggs Bird." Hunter said.

I sighed relieved it wasn't a person or anything.
