I was sitting outside in a park, Kai tagged along with me either way.

"Man, I really wish the trip lasted longer." I pouted. "Oh well." Kai had his usual PokerFace on.

Then, Koro-Sensei appeared in front of us, holding a sign reading 'Summer Festival announcement! If you're free at 7 tonight, we're meeting at Kunugigaoka station!'

We looked at him, "Sure, it's not like I have any plans." "Yeah, alright."

"Thank you! Most people won't come!" Koro-Sensei cried. "Okay, calm down. We'll be there." I told him.

~Timeskip to the Festival~

Some of us showed up, more than Koro-Sensei expected. I had to wear a Yukata, it was tight and uncomfortable. It was a sky blue with white flower patterns.

"Man, why did I have to wear this." I sighed. "You didn't have to if you didn't want to, Naomi-San." Yada said behind me.

"Well, my mom forced me. She said its best to dress for the festival like most people. Even though she's the Canadian one, she tells me to wear it when my Japanese dad doesn't care." I sighed.

Yada sweatdropped, "Oh... Oh well." she shrugged.

I noticed that Maehara and Isogai were at this fish scooping booth, I decided to go there. "Ooh~ I want some fish~" I paid my money and got the little net thing.

I watched Isogai, he was good at it. "Wow, you're really good at this, Isogai." I told him. "Well, its simple. Its like cutting with a knife." He said.

I tried doing it, and failed. I kept trying but in the end the net ripped.

"MAN! THIS IS CHEAP!" I yelled, but quickly covered my mouth in embarrassment. "Don't yell..." Maehara sweatdropped.

"Here, Naomi-San." He scooped more and gave me some in my bag, he gave me 3 fish. "Wow! Thanks Isogai!" My eyes probably sparkled like those cute anime girls. There was a tint of pink on both there cheeks which made me confused but I shrugged it off.

"Well, mine should do it. Since my family is poor, this whole days worth of food is good, especially since it was only 100 yen." Isogai walked away with his ikemen smile.

Maehara smiled, then it turned into him placing his hand on his chin, thinking about it, then it turned into a shocked expression reading 'You're gonna eat them?!'

I sweatdropped and giggled a little. "Poor guy." I muttered.

We walked back to everyone, "Are you trying to make a move?" Kai whispered in my ear which made me shudder.

I elbowed him in the gut lightly, "Shut up."

Then, I heard fireworks. I looked up at the sky and saw the beautiful colours bursting in the sky.

"I enjoy this so far."

~Next day~

We were in the main building, for the starting of the second semester assembly. Of course, we got teased by the five virtuosos.

The assembly went on, until the end. "Now, before the assembly is over, I have one last announcement to make." The guy I never cared to learn his name said.

"There will be a new addition to Class 3-A. Until yesterday, he was in Class 3-E." He announced.

Everyone in the class had shocked expressions, but I didn't. Although, I did forget this happened.

He continued talking about how he must be so excited then, he walked up on stage.

"Takebayashi Kotarou-Kun!" He introduced.

Takebayashi said his speech, saying he was glad he's back in the main building, and doesn't want to fall back into Class E.

Everyone clapped for him, of course, except for our class. Instead, they all gave him either a disgusted or surprised look.

~Timeskip~

Everyone was pissed off at Takebayashi. They were all frustrated I just sat back at my table, shrugging it off.

"You seem awfully calm about the situation, Naomi-San." Karma said.

"I could say the same to you." I told him.

"Wait, Karma, I just wanted to know, what did you mean a few days back about 'curious about me'?" I asked.

He looked at me from the corner of his eyes, "It was a joke, didn't I already tell you?"

"Of course it wasn't, it didn't sound like one." I shot him a glare. He ignored my glare and paid attention back to everyone else.

I sighed and wanted to calm everyone down, but of course it wouldn't be necessary.

~After school~

Everyone was waiting at the main building, for Takebayashi.

"This is useless." I muttered, quietly so no one would hear.

Takebayashi was walking towards where we were, then noticed us. "Care to explain? Why didn't you discuss this with us?" Isogai asked.

"There's a reason for this, right?! You helped out so much during the summer vacation trip! And didn't we all have fun during the regular school year too?!" Okuda yelled.

"The ten billion bounty, depending on how we kill him, they're gonna raise it more. I guess you don't need your share, how selfless of you, Takebayashi~" Karma said.

Takebayashi stood there in silence for a moment.

Takebayashi then started explaining how his family shunned him, how they could easily earn ten billion, how he'd never get accepted unless he stayed in Class A. It was sad that it made me feel sympathy for him.

Unlike everyone else's backstorys, mine is a simple one, since I come from reality, I guess you could say. Even though in this manga, I'm in Class E, but my parents didn't seem to care.

"I know that I'm being a traitor and ungrateful. I wish you luck on your assassination." Takebayashi turned his back and walked away. "Wait, Takebayashi!" Nagisa tried calling to him, but Kanzaki stopped him.

I sighed and stretched, "Hurt~"

Well, the festival happened, Takebayashi left, etc etc.

I wonder what Karma means when he says he's curious about Naomi~ ((Stop, we all know, there's no point in trying to make it sound like a plot twist))
