Time for Memories

"L-Love?! That's impossible!" I placed both hands on my cheeks, feeling myself burn up.

Touka giggled, "Naomi-chan, no matter how much you deny it, it is what it is."

I looked down at the ground, feeling all tingly inside again. "L-love?.. Is it?" I questioned myself. I looked back up at Touka, seeing a small grin on her face, "N-no! I.. It can't be! I refuse to believe it!"

Touka giggled, "Naomi-chan, you're so cute when you're all flustered."

"Nurufufufufu~ This is great for my story..." I heard a faint laugh and goody voice. I looked up, examining all the trees, and noticed a certain yellow octopus.

"You..." I trailed off before getting out my gun, and pointing it at Koro-sensei. "Who let you listen in on this conversation?!" I shot at his tentacle, the bullet pierced through one of his tentacles.

"Nyaa! N-Naomi-san!" Koro-sensei grew scared and shocked.

"Wow, nice shot." Touka smirked.

He got down the tree, and appeared in front of us. "Nurufufufufu~ I give an 'A' for being able to shoot me."

I grew irritated at his comment, "You're not allowed to grade me when you just eavesdropped on our damn conversation!" I started shooting more, but he dodged every time.

I got home, and quickly ran upstairs to bury my face in my pillow. I dropped my bag before I did, and once I put everything down, I proceeded to burying my face into my pillow.

"No... This can't be... L-love?" I felt my cheeks get warm, just from saying the word. "I-I thought it was weird how I felt... weird around him. I never expected this..."

"Expected what?" I heard Aki say from my door.

"A-Aki!" I jumped up from my bed, brushing away all the hair that got in my face. "N-nothing! I'm just... Muttering to myself! About..." I trailed off. I thought of something quickly, "I never knew that two of my characters would fall in love in a manga I'm reading! Yeah... That's it!"

He raised an eyebrow, and hummed the sassy 'Mhmm'. "Then why are you blushing so much?" He took a few steps closer.

"O-oh! That's because... I just feel a little sick! Yes! Now, I wouldn't want you getting sick, so get out of my room!" I turned him around, and pushed him out the door.

"No! Wait--" I cut him off by shutting the door in his face.

I sighed in relief, "That was close..." I whispered to myself.

"What was close?" I heard a familiar voice behind me ask. I turned around, and felt my face getting a bit hotter.

"K-Kai! What are you doing in my room?! And how did you get here!" I tried hiding the blush.

He chuckled, "Forgot that I was 'a fairy'?"

I rolled my eyes at him, "Well, whatever. What do you want?"

He shrugged his shoulders, "Not much, really. Pretty bored." I sighed, annoyed at his sudden appearance. "Oh, wait. I wanted to give this." he held out a necklace, a beautiful one, a blue jewel in the middle, fancy designs all over the necklace, silver.

"W-wow... It's beautiful, Kai..." I took it from him. "Why would you get me this?"

He blushed lightly, "Well.. It reminded me of someone because of its beauty... Someone I dearly care about..."

No way... Was he talking about... Me? I felt my face begin to burn up once again. "W-who?" I stuttered. Does he feel the same way?

"Well," he took a deep breath, as if he were about to confess, "It reminded me of... Me." He smirked. I felt myself stop blushing, and my shocked expression get replaced with an irritated one. "Since it's so beautiful, it reminded me of myself. I knew that I wouldn't wear the necklace, so I thought I'd give it to you. Plus, it's just a little something to remind you of me."
