"hello friends! thank you for joining me on my live stream today," you greet everyone. you watch the chat log fly as your audience members greet you. "i'm sorry for being late today. my computer decided that it needed to update itself instead of letting me stream."

you read the messages that are sent into chat for a second.

"i'm listening to an album today," you answer someone's question. "just one for today, and i'll take suggestions towards the end."

you go onto the stream setup and change the screen that is showing on the livestream. a music platform appears, and you click on the album that you'll be listening to.

"alright friends! we'll be listening to vernon's new album called "abyss." i have the album ready and the music videos," you announce to everyone. "we'll listen to the album first before we watch the music videos," you add.

"wait, wait, wait, before i start...let me do something," you say and pick up your phone. you unlock it and call someone.

the call picks up, "uh huh?"

"what are you doing?" you ask vernon.

"nothing much, just out," he answers. "what's up?"

"i'm listening to your new album today."

"you haven't listened to it yet?"

"i need the content."

the door opens and vernon walks into your office. he holds his phone up to his ear, "it kind of hurts that you haven't listened to it yet. i even gave you a signed cd."

you end the call and laugh while starting to read the now frenzied chat. vernon pulls up a chair and looks at the chat too.

"why are all of the messages coming in so fast?" vernon asks you. "i can't read any of them."

"i mean, you are kind of a big deal," you reply to him.

"sorry guys, i'm putting chat in slow mode because you guys are crazy today," you say and change the settings on another monitor. "for anyone who doesn't know, this guy next to me is vernon. we're listening to his album that just came out a few days ago."

"hi guys," vernon greets, "i was standing outside for like two hours waiting to come in here."

"he's lying! i would never do that to someone," you immediately interject.

"you left me at the beach," vernon reminds you.

"because you were asleep! seungkwan and dino were with you anyways," you say to him. "alright, let's get started! vernon, pick which song we should start with."

"oh, artist's choice? we can start with "abyss" first," vernon says while you press play on the his album.

after ending the stream, you lean back in your chair and look at vernon.

"so, how was your first time on one of the streams?" you ask him, wanting to hear his opinion since he is your first guest.

"you did a good job. it was fun getting to be on this side of it," he says to you. "you really like my album, huh?" he asks, referring to your reactions.

"well it is my boyfriend's album," you reply.

vernon chuckles, "thanks for the support," he says to you and leans in to kiss your cheek.

"anything for my favorite artist."

"and the content."

"it helps pay the bills."
