It was just another regular day at college, and the group was sitting in the canteen, enjoying their break between classes. The chatter of students and the clinking of plates created a lively background as they relaxed.

"Fir pata hai kya hua..." [Then you know what happened...] Risha started with her usual enthusiasm, leaning forward to grab their attention. But, as usual, no one seemed interested in what she was saying.

"Haan... fir kutte se bach ke bhagne ke chakkar mein tu ghadhe mein gir gayi..."  Jaanki completed her sentence in a bored tone, barely looking up from her phone.

[Yeah... then while trying to escape from the dog, you fell into a ditch...]

"Tujhe kaise pata?" [How do you know?] Risha asked, genuinely confused.

"Ham sabko pata hai..." [We all know...] they all said in unison, raising their hands lazily and rolling their eyes.

"Tu har baar timepass karne ke liye yehi story sunati hai..."  Krishav added with a straight face.

[You tell the same story every time to kill time...]

"Ab kya hi karu yaar, itni funny story hai na-"  Before she could finish, everyone turned to glare at her.

[What can I do, man? It's such a funny story-]

"I mean itni bhi funny nahi hai..."  she finally concluded, shrinking into her seat.

[I mean, it's not that funny...]

"Vaise aaj vo tera lakad bhaga nahi dikh raha..." Raghav teased, smirking.

"What do you mean by mera?"  Risha snapped, visibly annoyed.

[What do you mean by my?]

"Arre bata na, kahan hai Yug? Aaj subha se nahi dikha..."  Krishav asked casually.

[Come on, tell us, where's Yug? Haven't seen him since morning...]

"Aaj unki koi important class hai bol rahe the..."  Hridya replied softly.
