Message from Gun to Camila:
I've got a boyfriend.
Message from Camila to Gun:
FINALLY!!! I was about to lose my mind over the tension between you two. I even thought about tying you both up just to make you TALK.
Message from Gun to Camila:
You wanted to tie me up with Jay? I've never had trouble talking to him.
Message from Camila to Gun:
I don't even know who that is. I'm coming over. Clearly, you've lost your mind, and you need an intervention.
Message from Gun to Camila:
Alright, I'll be waiting. But just so you know, I slept at your place last night... in case Jennie asks.
Message from Camila to Gun:
This is a joke, right? You sorted things out with your 'beautiful man,' didn't you?
Message from Gun to Camila:
I'll wait for you. Don't forget what I said about Jennie.
Message from Camila to Gun:
Yeah, yeah. I'm on my way.
Gun placed his phone on his lap and smiled. He was happy to finally share the news with his friend, who had been by his side throughout it all.
Camila arrived and greeted Jennie.
"You two can't stay apart for more than two hours, can you? You should just get married," Jennie said, laughing at her own joke.
"You know that's impossible, sis," Gun replied, pausing dramatically before adding, "She doesn't feel the same way, even though I've confessed to her countless times."
"Alright, alright, enough of that. Ami, shall we grab some ice cream? I need to talk to you," Camila said, glancing at Jennie. "And no, it's not about our wedding."
The pair left the house, and Camila drove them to the shopping centre. As soon as the engine started, she shot Gun a suggestive look.
"So, are you happy?"
"Yes."
That was all Gun said, his face flushing wildly. He couldn't quite understand what was happening to him.
"You've turned as red as a tomato. Last night must have been... eventful."
"Cami, stop teasing me! I don't know what's wrong with me. I think I might be sick or something. I keep blushing and feeling hot. Maybe I've got a fever."
"Yeah, you're love-sick over those two next door. Yesterday, you nearly fainted when you saw Sammy hurt. And your neighbour was more worried about you than the little one when you left the clinic. So? I need details."
"Well, to sum it up: I was about to head home when he asked me to stay. He said he loves me, that it was all his fault for thinking Sing was my boyfriend, and that's why he avoided me... Then he asked me to be his boyfriend."
"And? Did you say yes? And then? Was there any action?"
"Cami, stop it! No, there wasn't any action. Sammy was ill, and we had to take care of her. Besides, I'm so embarrassed. Honestly... I've never done it before. What if he expects me to know what I'm doing? What if I'm clumsy or something? I don't want to disappoint him."
"Gun, listen carefully to what I'm about to say. First times can be a bit awkward, even if you've done it before. Plus, you can tell him, and that's that. I doubt it'll be an issue for him."
