Earth, 2014.

Teddy and Raven walked behind Mumma and Da into a pub in town. Da figured it would be nice to take the kids out to dinner.

Raven looked around the place as she'd never seen a place quite like it before.

"This place is kinda open for a restaurant." Said Raven.

"That's because it's a pub. That floor there is for when they have music playing and people can dance." Said Da.

Raven's eyes lit up as Da pointed that out.

"I haven't been in one of these places in a long time." Said Mumma.

"Because you weren't living around here?" Asked Teddy.

"They just weren't my thing. This was the type of place that... oh." Said Mumma as she saw someone.

Teddy and Raven followed her gaze and saw a table with some familiar faces.

"Aunt Delilah?" Said Teddy.

Delilah noticed the family and gave a bit of a wave. Teddy and Raven's cousins were sitting at the table with her.

Mumma whispered to Da.

"Donald, maybe this wasn't such a good idea." Said Mumma.

"I'm starting to get that, yeah." Said Da.

Raven, however, was more excited to see her cousins, Veronica, Justin, and Julie.

"Hey, guys!" Said Raven.

Veronica rolled her eyes.

"Rayray!" Said Julie.

Julie got out of her chair and hugged Raven. Teddy walked up with a smile.

"Yo, Teddy. How's it going?" Said Justin.

"Going good." Said Teddy.

"Surprising to see you here, Sophie." Said Delilah.

"Donald decided to take us out to dinner." Said Mumma.

"Well, why don't you join us?" Asked Delilah.

Mumma was very hesitant as she knew if she sat down she'd be dealing with Delilah's drama. Mumma very badly did not want to sit down with them.

"Sure. Thank you for the offer." Said Mumma.

Mumma, Da, Teddy, and Raven sat down at the table. Veronica glared at them.

"I didn't agree to having them here." Said Veronica.

"Veronica, be nice." Said Julie.

Veronica huffed.

"So, Teddy, anything new?" Asked Justin.

"Not much. Just enjoying summer." Said Teddy.

"Nice. It's always nice when there's no school." Said Justin.

"Remember, Justin. Teddy and Raven don't know what school is because they're homeschooled." Said Veronica smugly.

"Veronica, stop being mean." Said Julie.

"I'm just stating the facts." Said Veronica.

Teddy glared at Veronica for a moment and Raven didn't seem to notice the jab. Delilah leaned in and whispered to Mumma so the kids couldn't hear.

"I'm sorry about Veronica, Sophie. I don't know what gets into her sometimes." Said Delilah.

Mumma exhaled knowing full well where Veronica got this behavior because it was the same attitude Delilah had growing up.

"It's quite alright." Said Mumma.

After everyone ate dinner and just talked, some music started to play in the pub. Raven bounced a little in her chair to the music and Da took notice.

"You can go onto that dance floor if you want, Raven." Said Da.

"Really?!" Asked Raven.

"Yeah, go on ahead." Said Da.

Raven got up and pulled on Teddy's hand.

"Wanna dance with me?" Asked Raven.

Teddy smiled at Raven.

"Sure." Said Teddy.

Teddy and Raven went to the dance floor and started to dance together. At first, the dancing was mostly just the two of them moving the to music individually, but eventually, they got into some sync and Teddy took Raven's hand and spun her around.

Mumma and Da smiled as they watched their children dance together. Veronica huffed.

"They're so childish." Said Veronica.

"Veronica!" Said Delilah.

"I don't think dancing is childish." Said Julie.

With that, Julie got up and went to dance too.

"Yeah, you know what, that looks like fun." Said Justin.

Justin got up to dance too.

Julie and Justin smiled as they danced in their own ways, but Teddy and Raven stole the show. Teddy and Raven were almost in complete sync as they danced.

Raven gave a joy-filled laugh as they danced and Teddy couldn't help but smile at his little sister's happiness.

The song came to an end and Teddy and Raven smiled and hugged.

Mumma, Da, and even Delilah smiled watching the kids just having fun. Veronica couldn't stop staring at Raven with some sort of contempt.

"Pale skinned freak." Said Veronica under her breath so no one could hear her.
