His name in your phone: The Boyfriend 😒 *glaring emoji*

Explanation: It all started as a joke. Whenever your friends wanted to hang out with you and you said no they'd as why and you'd jokingly reply "the boyfriend" paired with the little glaring emoji. Little did you know Tony was saying the same thing to his friends only with "the girlfriend".

Steve:

Your name in his phone: Darling ❤️ *heart emoji*

His name in your phone: Captain 'Merica 🇺🇸 *American flag emoji*

Explanation: Steve is old fashioned so he was prepared to simply put your first and last name until you whined for something extra. He settled on his favourite and simplest nickname for you paired with the first emoji he thought of when he heard your name. You always mockingly joked about his name and sent him the American emoji at the worst times so it only felt right to incorporate it into his contact name.

Clint:

Your name in his phone: Peeta

His name in your phone: Katniss

Explanation: The genders were switched but you both don't mind. When you read the Hunger Games series you fell in love with Katniss' character so when Clint came into your life it seemed like destiny that he was good with a bow and arrow. He simply called you the Peeta to his Katniss when telling you how much you meant to him.

Bruce:

Your name in his phone: (your nickname) 💁🏻 *sassy girl emoji*

His name in your phone: Doctor 🔬 *science emojis*

Explanation: Bruce always liked being professional so when he typed in your contact name as just your first name you knew you'd need to change it later, without his knowledge. You typed in a name that he'd know was you but still made it special by attaching the emoji he said was you, the sassy girl emoji. He is the doctor so it felt right to label him that in your phone, of course with the addition of emoji's for a special touch of individuality.

Bucky:

Your name in his phone: Doll Face 😘 *kissy face emoji*

His name in your phone: Sergeant Barnes 😍 *heart eyes emoji*

Explanation: Bucky wasn't fond of having to learn new technology so to add an old school touch he labelled you Doll Face, his favourite nickname for his favourite girl. You labeled him Sergeant Barnes because he liked being called by that title rather than his title as The Winter Soldier. You both paired it with emoji's that show how much you love one another.

Pietro:

His name in your phone: Cheetah

Explanation: The explanation to this one is pretty straight forward. He always compared you to a sloth due to how slow you were compared to him. You countered by calling his a cheetah, even if he stated he was faster than them.

Thor:

Your name in his phone: Lady (Y/N)

His name in your phone: Mr Asgard 2015

Explanation: When flipping through the channels you saw the Miss Universe competition on. You poked a joke about Thor being more beautiful than the woman on the screen and the name Mr Asgard 2015 has stuck ever since. His name for you is straight forward and was the easiest thing to type into the phone with his large thumbs.

Loki:

His name in your phone: My King 👑 *crown emoji*

Explanation: As the Lion King would say it, Loki just couldn't wait to be King. Being your King was enough to make him happy for now so when you labelled him that in your phone; he obliged by making you his Queen.

Coulson:

Your name in his phone: Agent (Y/L/N) 😎 *sunglasses emoji*

His name in your phone: Agent Coulson 😎 *sunglasses emoji*

Explanation: While at work you and Phil needed to act professional despite your relationship. So, when you both updated your address books you added these names as a joke, obviously paired with Phil's favourite emoji.

Sam:

Your name in his phone: Lady Falcon

His name in your phone: Flapper

Explanation: Lady Falcon became an ongoing joke after Sam introduced you to Thor for the first time. Thor boomed about how happy he was to finally meet "Lady Falcon" and how happy you made Sam. Since Sam's two best friends, Steve and Bucky, were so old school you chose the name that was old school but matched Sam's specially talent.
