As I hang out with mike,I come to learn a lot more about his DID/MPD. About his alters and about......their trauma. But there's one alter that stood out to me that I wanted to talk to- "Hey Cara Mia~" said a familiar voice. I turned to see who said that and sure enough,it was Vito. Mike doesn't really talk about him that much,only mentioning that he's "tough and scrappy". But I've always been a bit curious about why Vito is...Vito. "Ya like what you see?" He said with a smirk on his face."huh?" I asked confused. "You've been staring at me for quite a while,watch'a doin out here by yourself,Cara Mia?" He replied. "Oh I've just been thinking...about you actually. " I saw his face go a red as he got quiet before quickly exclaiming "uhm w-well it's not your fault sweetie that ya can't resist the Vito!" As he put his hand on my waist. "Yeah...hey Vito,can I ask you something?" I asked hesitant. "Sure,anything for you sweetheart" he responded. "Why do you feel the need to act so......tough?" I asked,but he suddenly went silent. "Y-you don't have to answer if you don't want to!-" I tried to backtrack but he cut me off. "I've been hurt many times,and I won't let it happen again..." he muttered. "W-what...?" I stammered in shock. I looked a bit...scared. "I-I...I won't let ANYONE...hurt me!" He started shaking. I couldn't tell if it was from fear or anger,but it looked like it was he was about to get violent. "Not again...not again...not again-" he started stammering,but I cut him off. "Vito" I called his name gently,I spread my arms out for a hug. He looked at me for a second before hesitantly embracing my hug. "It's ok o Vito,you're safe with me. I will always be here for you." I reassured him. He started to silently cry in my arms,and I didn't mind one bit. I'm glad that Vito was able to trust me enough to tell me about his trauma.
