You walked up to the volleyball players, feeling a little intimidated as everyone knew each other, except you and Alyssa.

She seemed  to be doing fine though...

You stood behind kuroo who was still talking to their captain.

'ah y/n, this is Daichi' Kuroo introduces you both.

You smiled at him 'nice to meet you' you talk in a soft voice, still feeling a little out of place from everyone.

'you too!' He replies while extending his hand to meet yours.

Kuroo watched you both interact with a smile, until we heard a yell.

'WAIT SINCE WHEN DID NEKOMA CHANGE THEIR HOT BRUNETTE MANAGER' 

You spun round at the voice, as a buzzed haired guy and a spiky hair guy jogged towards you guys.

Kuroo tensed up

'not now tanaka' He shot tanaka a glare, and it seemed tanaka regretted that because the look on his face seemed like he was about to see death..'

The boy looked at you

'OH- I didn't mean to insult you! you're also... hot?! so don't worry!'

You cringed at his words, it seemed like he was trying to apologise for calling the other girl hot and not you but you honestly didn't really care..

'shut it tanaka, that's not a good apology' The other boy spoke up,

'What tanaka MEANT to say... is that you're even hotter than the last manager!'

You cringed again.. why was this so awkward..

'umm thanks?' You answered them in a confused and quiet tone, not really knowing how to change the conversation.

Kuroo noticed you looking at him for help, as he was about to speak to defuse this situation someone butted in-

'You know you're speaking to oikawa's girlfriend?'

All of you spun round, you're eyes met the same guy as earlier. He was stood right behind you while you looked up at him, again not knowing how to reply leaving you in an awkward position once AGAIN.

The boy looked down on you, making you feel a little uneasy.

Kuroo didn't say a word. Nor did anyone for a few seconds, but felt like minuets.

'Oh holy shit bro never mind!' Tanaka says

The other boys face went pale 'shit! don't tell him we said that to you!'

And just like that they ran off.

'who the fuck were they?' You looked at kuroo who was now frowning watching them both escape.

'the one with the bald head is tanaka and the midget is nishinoya'

'Oh, ok' Is all you said.

'I apologise for them.' The black haired boy spoke

'oh don't worry, a lot of teenage boys are like these days' You laugh awkwardly. He nodded at your response and went to turn away,

'how did you know I was oikawa's girlfriend?'

The boy stopped and turned his head towards you

'mentioned it in a groupchat' And just like that he left.

You looked back at kuroo who raised an eyebrow at the situation.

'well he seemed like he loved life!' You joked, cracking a laugh out of kuroo.
