You all walk out of maths class sighing. 

'nah I fucking hate maths' 

You say as you push yourself infront of the crowd coming out into the hallway. Inuoka and Alyssa  are trying to stay close to you as you speed walk off.

'where the hell is she going?' Inuoka asks Alyssa who has a confused look on her face.

'I- I actually have no idea' She says as she shrugs calling out to you as your frame gets covered with all the bodies in the tight hallway.

'She's probably going to class. lots just go.' Alyssa says.

As you make your way into the empty canteen you search for anyone you recognised on the volleyball team. And surprisingly you do. Yamamoto.

You walk up to him while he's leaning against a wall on his phone with an ear phone in.

'hey' ...

silence. you frown, he can't hear you.

'hey!' 

....

he still doesn't look up, you sigh.

You tap him on the arm as he jumps away in suprise.

'WOAHH' 

You stand their in shock at the dramatic scene he just cause all because you tapped him gently on his arm?

'uh- sorry I didn't mean to startle you?' You reassure him

'don't worry man, your chilll' 

He smirks at you.

'right.. anyway can I ask if you know what class kuroo has right now?'

You look up at him slightly smiling, fiddling with the skin on your fingers as going up to a volleyball player and asking what class his captain is in, is a little weird.

Yamamoto just looks at you for a moment not saying anything, which leaves you feeling very embarrassed.

'never mind it's fine-' You go to turn around but he stops you

'nah its fine don't worry' He chuckles 

You turn to face him again,

'give me a second, we all have an app where it shows our teams timetable for some reason' He says as he starts searching for something on his phone.

'Why?' You ask curiously 

He shrugs,

'Honestly no idea, probs incase something like this happens!' He starts laughing, finding his own "joke" hilarious, if you could even call it a joke.

You try chuckle along with him, but you feel more embarrassed than thinking it's funny.

'just give me a seccc-'

You wait looking down at your feet.

'found it! wayyy'

You look up at him quickly

'right so, he's in chemistry right now thats in science block, class S-13' He answers your question confidently, feeling pleased that he could help out. The only problem is that third years and first years have different science blocks as how huge this school was.

You stare at him blankly

'what? you did want to know where kuroo was right now right?' He asks nervously, worried he just exposed kuroo for no reason.
