Chapter 24 // Match ups and Make ups

Vlad King: "Alright class, let's go over what happened out there. First, the good, Juzo, Pony, Lily, and Ray, you adapted well to a situation in a short amount of time, Preparation was what you lacked yet you performed with what you had at your disposal and did well."

Aizawa: "But don't pat yourselves on the back too hard. You all had critical faults, witch I will list infront of everyone cause your suffering amuses me."

Ray: "Why are you a teacher?"

Aizawa: "Shut up!......Juzo, you were missing for part of the battle, seriously where the fuck were you?"

Juzo: "I was in the water."

Aizawa: "The hell were you doing in there?"

Juzo: "Drowning, Mostly."

Aizawa: "Pony, your quirk was helpful, but your positioning put you at risk too many times."

Casper: [Raises hand] "I can teach her proper positioning!"

Aizawa: ".................You have about ten seconds to leave this buildings before I give you your own section in the year book."

Casper: "Yes sir."

Ray: "You're a fish, why are you so thirsty?!"

Casper: "You breath air, yet you were coughing like an asthmatic a few minutes ago."

Ray: "You crushed my lungs you fish fuck!"

Suddenly Lily flinched at the Rays rising voice. Aizawa heard her squirms and turned to her, she noticed his gaze and stiffened up, ready for the upcoming insults about to come her way.

Aizawa: "Lily, you let personal emotions cloud your judgment. And Ray, your recklessness nearly cost your team."

Ray and Lilys eyes locked on for a brief moment, before looking away from eachother.

Aizawa: "One more thing. Lily, Ray, whatever personal issues you two have need to be resolved. It's clear they're interfering with your ability to function as a team. That can't happen again, not in a real scenario. Understood?"

Ray: "Yes.....Ma'am."

Aizawa: "I will turn you into one if you say that again✂️."

Ray: "Yes, sir."

Bakugou : "Enough with this! Put me in there! I'll take care of fish boy myself!"

Aizawa: "Casper wasn't your obstacle, Bakugou. This test was for Juzo, Pony, Lily, and Ray."

Casper: "I don't feel like fighting."

Aizawa: "And I don't feel like repeating myself, yet you're still here."

Casper: "Eep!"

He runs out the door, Probobly making his suit alot more wet.

Bakugou: "Tch."

Aizawa: "Ray, Lily, you're both injured–"

Ray: "Oh really? What gave it away?"

Aizawa: "Could you let me finish! Just head to Recovery Girl. The rest of you, back to the monitoring room for further debriefing."

Ray stood, glancing at Lily, who was sitting down and cradling her burned arm. His eyes flicked to the bruises on her legs, he hesitantly reached his hand out towards her.

Ray: ".....Need help up?"

Lily looked at his outstretched hand, then quickly looked away, not responding. Ray clenched his jaw, pulling his hand back.
