"We're walking for almost an hour now, where is it Robb?" I asked. He simply laughed off my question.
"We're walking for ten minutes and you feel like it's an hour? Come on, drama queen." He said. I groaned in frustration as I shook my curls. "I'm just gonna hop on the bus and go home. This is too much walking."
"We're here." He said as he presented the orange painted door. I rolled my eyes, "We better be." He chuckled as he knocked on the door and an old lady opened up. "We're here for Mr. Chansu." Robb said.
She nodded and without saying a word she motioned for us to follow her and we did as she requested.
The place was filled with the smell of incense and I was a hundred percent sure that binaural beats were playing through the speakers all over the place. I could already feel my mood shift from irritated to relaxed.
"In here." The lady simply said as she showed a door and knocked on it before walking away.
We waited for a couple seconds before the door opened and a tiny man opened up. He had on the typical monk outfit and was bald, but he didn't look old in the face. "Robby?" he questioned. I could see the confusion on Robby's face as the man said his name. "Yeah, Mr. Chansu?" he asked. The man nodded.
"Come in please, twin sister Robyn?" he said as he held me by my shoulder which caused me to stop.
I slowly nodded and the confusion on Robby's face soon matched mine. We sat down on two burgundy colored cushions that were placed on the ground. Chansu sat right in front of us on a black cushion, the way we sat on the cushions formed a triangle. "Don't be confused, I talked to Jorno a couple days ago, I already had a vision of two precious young people visiting me. I know exactly what you're here for." He said. "You spoke to my dad?" Robby asked. Chansu nodded, "I have known your mom and dad for a long time. I knew everything they went through and I was your mom's cleanser too.
I can tell you – she's very happy that you are following her footsteps." He said. My smile couldn't have been bigger than it was, "Really? You talk to her too?" I asked, now curious to hear his response. He noticed my enthusiasm and laughed. "Yes, I helped her during her time of crossing roads which wasn't too long ago. She found peace and went to the other side gracefully. She ran, even. Happy that she could live on without having to worry about her precious children, because she knew you are in good hands and time was running out for her." He explained. I felt happy. "But, are we able to connect to her through astral projection?" I asked. He shrugged, "Depends on when you want to. Sometimes she'll have her guide moments and she can enter the astral plane but sometimes she has to stay on the other side. You should try when you feel like she's been on your mind all day, that's probably when she wants to connect to you." He said. I nodded in understanding.
"So, cleansing of the chakras, right?" he asked as he got up from his position and walked to a closet.
I nodded as I watched him gather stones from the drawer. "Okay, now first we have to get to the root of it. Can you tell me," he paused as he sat back down on the cushion. "What the problem is. Why do you think your chakras are blocked?" he asked as he watched me for an answer. I pressed my lips together as I formulated a sentence in my head. "Memories from my childhood, tragic happenings. Such as losing someone I loved dearly." I spoke. He nodded in understanding, "See, bad memories buried deep within the subconscious mind can cause the blockages. Tension builds up at one of the chakras from repeated denial, guilt, repression and unfelt emotions. Eventually, everything is affected from posture, metabolism, breathing, and emotional state. These seven chakras hold all the good and bad thoughts, deeds, and actions you've committed in all of your souls lifetimes here on earth. It's the repression of emotions that causes pain, suffering, and disease." He explained and I nodded in understanding.
