Chapter 23

DEAN POV

~at the pet store cuz why not~

Cas is zipping around the store with Bee, already best friends with each other, at points it would get creepy, It was like they were telepathically communicating, Cas would nod at Bee, then wiggle her eyebrows and smile as Bee clawed his was up Sams leg and onto his shoulder, and Sam was too scared to say something about it, so he would sit there cringing and yelping and Cas would cheer Bee on, completely oblivious, it was adorable (not as adorable as me but still, pretty adorable)

Right now Cas and Bee were looking at Cat toys and collars, Cas lifted Bee up, letting Bee sniff each collar before putting him in the middle, giving him a choice, without hesitation Bee went to the pastel green one, Cas's smile grew (if that was possible) "Thats my favourite colour too!"

Soon we were in line to pay, each of us held atleast 10 cat toys each, and Sam and I had to split carrying all the rest of the necessities because Cas was 'busy' training Bee, as if that actually required effort for him.

CAS POV

Bee is my new favourite thing ever besides Dean, he's ok too, I guess...

When we finally made it home, I immediately put on my pyjamas and went to bed, Bee went on his awesome cat tower (what? Its pretty cool!) and Dean also went to bed soon after.

My dreams were filled with cats and green eyes that shone with mystery.

I woke up with Bee licking my face, I sat up, but I felt out of balance, woah, somethings not right, I fall back to the bed, accidentally hitting Dean in the face. He groans and wakes up, "Cas? Wha-" he cut off when he saw me, I must have messy hair or something... Weird.

Its been a few minutes and Dean is just staring at me with this dazed look and his mouth is making a weird 'o' shape, Ive tried everything to get him out of it, snapping my fingers, I go to wave my hand in front of his face when I see exactly HOW large my hand has become, not a girls hand, thats for sure, I get up and sprint to the bathroom, where my suspicions are true! Im male again!! I let out a joyful woop and raise my fist in the air, jumping and hoping I would stop mid-air, because this is truly the perfect ending to a story (a/n no it isn't)

DEANS POV

I feel my heart sink, no more dates, no more seeing Cas all the time, I mean, this is great, Its obvious from Cas's cheers he's thrilled. But how did this happen, I let my eyes wander the apartment until they land on my painting, and all the plans that come with it. Making me smile a little, at least I have that.

Cas bursts into the room, pretending that Bee is flying and making the sound effects of a bee, I swear he cant be FBI, it brings my day down to know that I wont see this anymore...

~at lunch break for work-

CAS POV

Deans sad, Im not sure why though, I really hope he doesn't want me to leave, because we are raising Bee together, and I dont want to put the pressure and stress on Bee, because he and Dean are getting along really well, Dean says he loves Bees eyes, Im not sure why, I guess they are kind of pretty.. I decide to confront Dean on whats making him sad when we get out of line for coffee.

We sit down outside the cafe we are at for lunch, and Deans still moping "Dean, whats wrong? This is a good case, right? Is it me? Because Im a guy?" Dean stares at me for a second, it doesn't seem like he's gonna respond so I continue "You know I dont want things to change, right? I want to stay at your place and go on dates and--" Dean cuts me off "Cas! Woah! Hey, I was hoping you would say that, don't worry about me!" I sigh in relief, "Dean, will you go out on a date tomorrow at lunch, with me?" I cringe at the odd phrasing but Dean smiles "anytime Cas" and we head back to FBI head quarters.

A/n: ok I know Dean is supposed to be allergic to cats but chill, I wanted a cat so just go along with it :)
