Ally Aaleahya Diamond POV
"You bloody idiot!" He growls, his voice echoing through the entire cafeteria and possibly the entire school building.
I stare in shock at my emptied tray and his white v-neck that has been soaked in smashed lasagne combined with orange juice. The pulp didn't mix well with the food, making it look like someone had thrown up on him, which made my stomach want to release this morning's oat meal.
Everyone stops what they're doing to see what the commotion was. Unfortunately for me, their reactions only made the situation worse--some stared at me with astonishment and others with disgust. I felt my face turn red, probably the same colour as my empty food tray. I always hated being the centre of attention but somehow it felt like I was in the freakin' spotlight. A spotlight of a train up ahead to be more specific.
I just happened to spill my food on the biggest baddest boy in the school, who I might add, is known for breaking many legs, noses and hearts. Woo-freaking-hoo.
It's only my first day at this new school and by this unfortunate event, I had already gotten on many peoples' bad side. Yip, get on the bad side of Chase Anderson you are bound to have a death mark on your head.
"You spilled on my favourite shirt! You're gonna pay for this new girl!" He spat as he gestured towards the food galaxy on his shirt.
I stared at him with questioning eyes, silently asking what he meant by 'You're gonna pay for this' does he mean I must buy him a new shirt? Or is he going to beat me to a bloody pulp? Maybe even both?
I mean, he is after all a big bad boy, who knows what he is capable of?
I suddenly felt wind in my face by the motion of a big waving hand. "Hello?? Are you deaf?!"
I snap out of my thoughts to look up and meet his furious gaze. Chase Anderson was actually really good looking-okay fine, he looked like a freakin' greek god with his jet black hair and forest green eyes. Happy?
But he had the personality of a foul beast; a troll if you'd like. Such an attractive boy with such an ugly personality. What.A.Shame.
"And Are You Blind?!" I retort before I could stop myself, dramatic gasps are heard all around the cafeteria, their eyes are even wider from before. Great, I just had to go and insult their so called king, didn't I?
My eyes scanned the tables until they landed on a girl with bouncy golden curls who face palmed herself. She looked at me with a dumbfounded expression, which I returned with a sheepish smile. Jess was my mentor for today, she showed me around the school telling me the Do's and Don'ts; the biggest Don't was not to interact with Chase Anderson or be on his radar for that matter, as he is dangerous and will destroy you-I just happened to break that Don't in less than 4 periods. Just my typical luck.
"Excuse me?" He asked lowly, daring for me to say something stupid. He took a step closer to me, his fit body towering over mine, making me naturally take a step back.
I gulped, hoping my mouth would just stay shut. But sadly, it seems like my mouth has a mind of its own. "You heard me." I heard myself say, straightening up my body to meet his daring orbs. I have no idea where this sudden courage came from but I know it could end me 6 feet under. "You must be blind, because you didn't watch where you were going," I prodded his chest repeatedly every time I said the word 'you'. I kinda had to ignore how fit his chest was because each time I poked it, it felt like my index finger bent 90 degrees. "thus making you bump into me and having a food mutant on your precious lil' shirt!" I snapped not even breaking our gaze once.
