The Burn

Laura's POV:
Well if you didn't know 4 year olds don't take people lighting on fire very well. Neither does the person on fire.

We were all on the porch when it all went down. I went to grab a sparkler and heard a ear piercing shriek.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKK!!!!!" That was Zoe alright.

Followed by "AHHHHHHHH!" Which was Michael with his full head of hair on fire.

We all ran to get the garden hose but my dad beat us to it.

"MICHAEL STOP, DROP, AND ROLL!" Calum yelled frantically.

"HOLD STILL, LET ME PUT OUT THE FIRE!" My dad yelled.

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!" Michael yelled back in confusion.

"PUT OUT THE FIRE!" Ashton yelled trying to make a joke but only made Liza punch him.

Meanwhile there was a 4 year old screaming and crying, running around.

Michael's POV:
FIIIIRRRRREEEE! FIRE! FIRE!

Laura's POV:
I started to run after Zoey while my dad tried to put out Michael's head.

I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder. I ran to the porch next to Keat as he grabbed her off my shoulder.

"What's wrong Zoey?" Keat asked Zoey.

"I hurt Mikey." She said still sobbing.

"Did you mean too?" Keat asked.

"No!" She yelled.

"Then it was an accident and your not in trouble." he reassured.

"I not?" She questioned.

"No but you still have to apologize, just not right now." Keat said as Zoey hugged him.

"M'kay." she said.

"ITS OUT!" I heard my dad shout,"EVERYONE IN THE CARS!"

We all raced to the cars Luke, Calum, and Ashton carrying Michael.

My mom drove the van, Luke in the front, everyone else in the back.

The other adults got into the other car (I don't know which one everything is happening fast).

"Fire, fire, fire." Michael starts to mumble as they rest his head in my lap.

"It's gone Michael we are going to the hospital." I reassure him in a soothing voice.

I start to look his face over and it looks bad.

"Do you think he will be okay?" I whisper into Keat's ear.

"Yeah, plus I think chicks will be all sympathetic, maybe get him a few dates." he whispered back lifting up an eyebrow, I chuckled at his humour.

"IS HE GOING TO DIE!" Calum started to scream and cry, only making Zoey cry again.

"No Calum he just has a burn." I said trying to calm him down.

"LOOK AT HIM, HE'S IN PAIN!" Calum sobbed even harder.

"Calum it's okay, he will be fine." Keat said calmly.

"I CAN'T LOOSE MY BEST FRIEND!" He yelled and sobbed at the same time.

"He is in pain but he won't be in a few minutes, Calum." I reassure.

"NO, *sob* LOOK HE IS CRYING, *sob* TOO!" He paused every now to sob.

"He's fine calm down." Liza said holding Ashton's hand.

I knew Michael was crying, my hand was soaked and I was on the verge of tears but then Calum would loose his shit.
