Laura's POV:

"I really don't even want to go." I sighed as Brian pulled up to Luke's house.

Last night was okay, even though I really didn't get any sleep.

"Well you have to if you want to graduate early." Brian told me making me sigh again.

"But it's so stupid." I told him as we both got out of the car, he got Avery.

"Let's do this." I sighed as we walked up to the house.

I got up to the door and Luke opened it, "Laura I need to talk to you."

"Um what about?" I asked, didn't he know I don't want to talk to them?

"Privately?" He asked and I looked backat Brian and he nodded.

"Yeah." I followed him to the biggest bathroom in the house.

He sat down in the tub and patted across from himself, "Will I fit?" I asked and he nodded so I carefully climbed in being fully aware of my leg.

"I didn't really want to tell anyone this, only Michael knew." He started and put his head in his hands.

"What's wrong?" I asked. I may be upset but I don't hate him.

"Michael found out after we became best friends, Calum and Ashton don't know and no one else does." He said looking worried.

"You can tell me anything and I can tell you anything." I told him making him look a bit less flustered.

"You know I have all my band bracelets right?? HE asked and I nodded, "Well it hides this."

He tugged them all off and and showed scars that were made a long time ago.

"Oh my god." I was shocked, I grabbed his wrist and examined it.

"I don't show people because they'll think I'm weak." He was finally opening up, "Michael accidentally took them and when I reached for them he saw all my scars and made me promise to never do it again, for my family's sake."

"I don't think it shows weakness, I think it shows strength." I told him and we both smiled.

"I just thought I should show you because I have felt alone, depressed, just like you and trust me it gets better." Luke said and helped me out of the tub.

"Wanna help me to each of my classes?" I asked and he shook his head, "You get to leave early and you get to ride the elevator."

"Sure." He smiled.

"Thanks Luke." I told him and we left the bathroom.

"Michael then ran up to us, "Can Luke get a ride all of our cars are frozen shut." He asked and I nodded.

"So we're all good?" Ashton asked from the other room.

"Yes." I smiled at how silly all of my grudges are.

"Thank god." Ashton said and ran in and hugged me.

"I really needed that." I smiled and pulled him tighter.

"You okay?" Ashton asked and I nodded even though it was a lie.

I saw Luke glare at me, he knew it was a lie, "I'm fine." I laughed still lying, I really didn't want to get into it right now.

"Come on Luke let's go." I said impatiently and he grabbed his things.

"Thanks." Luke told me as we got into Brian's car.

"No problem, Hey where's Harmony?" I asked.

"She went home yesterday saying something about you getting close and then pulling away again." He sighed.
