Harry Styles.

I watched her walk away until she was completely out of sight before getting up and jogging back home. Alexis was on my mind the whole way home. Who was she? Why hadn't I seen her around before? Did we go to college together? I took a sudden interest to the girl writing in the woods, she looked happy, but I could tell she was on edge, I could tell something was bothering her pretty little head. I don't even know her, I couldn't just ask what was wrong, I couldn't anyway, I'm shy enough as it is when it comes to talking to people I don't know, especially beautiful girls with long brown hair and blue eyes.

Once I got back to my apartment complex, I unlocked my door and threw my keys on the counter, heading straight to the bathroom for a deserving, long, hot shower. After ridding my body of the cold weather outside, I pulled on a pair of boxers, and fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.

Waking up at eight a.m. for a nine a.m. class was absolute hell, having an early Business class on a Friday, wasn't my choice, but the only class they had a spare spot available. Tuesdays and Fridays were the only times I went to school, both early classes, the rest of school I proceeded to do online. Knowing there's only one more class left after this one before the Christmas break keeps me going.

After practically rolling out of bed, brushing my teeth, throwing on a grey sweat shirt. black skinny jeans and some converse I headed out the door. Passing an old looking diner, I check my watch to see I'm 20 minutes early so I head inside.

After ordering a large cappuccino to go, I head to the door, but not before running straight into someone.

"Oh - I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention, and -" "Harry?" I look up, and recognize the familiar face from the woods last night. "Alexis? Hey, what are you doing here?" She glances down to the cup of coffee in her hands. "Oh of course, yeah, coffee." I clear my throat. "God, I'm an idiot, sorry." I say, more to myself than to her. Why am I always so nervous and shy?

"You're not an idiot Harry, I'm just grabbing coffee before work at the Vet. Mornings don't look to be your thing?" She laughs quietly. She's so unlike me, not nervous, and outspoken. I admire that.

"Not at all, especially nine o'clock classes." I run a hand through my curls.

She raises an eyebrow and lets out a short giggle, "Oh Harry, that is not early, you need to see the beauty behind an early morning." I widen my eyes at her and laugh a genuine laugh. "The beauty? Oh Alexis, you need to feel the beauty of a sleep in." I mock in a joking tone.

"Very funny, anyway, I'll see you around, you've got to get to class." I nod, knowing she's right, and we part ways.

After a long class, I finally got home around one thirty, relaxing before my shift at the record store at three. I drank a cup of tea and mindlessly flicked through the TV channels, settling on a repeat episode of Friends.

I glanced at the clock on my phone, noticing that I should leave for work soon. I push my phone back into my jean pocket, making my way to my bedroom, I pull my shirt off over my head, replacing it with my work once, which was just a simple black shirt with the shop name printed in the top left corner. I grab my keys off the kitchen counter, and lock my door on the way out. Since I was only on the second floor, I decided against the elevator and just jogged down the stairs.

Alexis Cooper.

During my lunch break at work today, I had received a call from a real estate, telling me that I can come down to an apartment complex called 'Kendale' at 3 o'clock to have a look through an apartment there that's up for lease. I tell him yes, and smile to myself in excitement.
