How they turned into a twisted(backstory ig): [While injured, a limb would have to be replaced..but since his supplies of replaceable limbs were nowhere to be found and was probably back at safely, his friend did the only thing they could think of and would replace their limb with a twisted's and it would work perfectly..causing him to escape into the elevator with their friend. They were able to do a couple floors with ease, but that would be until they would begin to feel sudden pain...the new limb was effecting them and would begin to painfully change their body..they would grow in size, spikes would painfully grow out of their body, and his claws would grow in size..the process truly hurt them.]
