Name: Katsumi (Surname: Araki) - (note: he doesn't use his surname at all when he's a demon, but did openly use it as a human) — Gender: male Pronouns: he/him — Age: [*pain* it depends on the crush- yes he's a demon but he's a very recent one so he's not extremely old] Birthday: March 22nd Zodiac sign: Aries (Extra Information: Birthstone: Carnelian) — Species: Demon (was a human at first) (Are they a ranked demon?: Uppermoon 6(duo with Kaigaku) - (rank as a demon slayer: Tsuchinoto)
Family: [has an unnamed mother and father and is an only child] — Height: 5'6" — Sexuality: Bisexual Main crush: Kaigaku (Backup crush: Gyutaro (he needs love) ) — Personality: [Just like a lot of water breathers, Katsumi has a calm demeanor with a calm like smile on his face, but of course, this calm like demeanor is really only there when he's out fighting or training as he finds it best to fight and train when your head is clear, if it is clear, you wouldn't go out on a rage and end up hurting yourself on accident. His real personality is known for being rather cocky and is also known for thinking he's the best swordsman even though that's not true at all. Despite the fake calmness and the real cocky personality he has, he does have a softer side to him as when he left his family without telling them at all, he would take one of his mother's necklace's and would wear them all the time to remember her, knowing that he would probably never see her again. Though it's rare for Katsumi to have friends due to his personality, he does keep them close whenever that rare occurrence does happen, as- well, his personality isn't exactly that likable, so he's surprised whenever someone is wanting to be friends with him.]
Phobia: [has a fear of insects] — Likes: training with his sword(even if he's fully trained), watching a waterfall, talking long walks near a water bank or beach, being an upper rank, collecting moon related trinkets, being admired for his sword work, candles(he doesn't mind the scents he uses), being able to work with the other uppermoons, and being out in nature(really hates being inside during the day-).
Dislikes: being in a room of warm temperatures, the limitations of a demon(not being able to be in the sun), gaining harsh criticism, not being prepared for a fight, being seen as weak, his emotions getting the better of him(prefers to be calm as it's easier to fight in a calm mood), long silence, and disloyalty. — Weapon: -Nichirin sword (blue coloring) - (his sword is still able to kill another demon)
Breathing Style: -Water breathing(since they were a demon slayer turned demon, he had kept his breathing style) - (bonus: just like kaigaku and Kokushibo, being a demon created a blood demon art that made the breathing style more intense and instead of it being calming like how water breathing usually is, his breathing style is now seen as a natural disaster) — Backstory: [Unlike a lot of demon slayers who usually have their parents and siblings die due to demons and become demon slayers so they can kill the beasts that killed their family- Katsumi's family is completely alive and is actually unaware of him becoming a demon slayer. The reason why that Katsumi became a demon slayer is because one night while he was out, he was suddenly attacked by a demon and was saved by a water breathing demon slayer, witnessing someone be strong enoufh to defeat a creature like that inspired him to become a demon slayer himself..and like I said, his parents were completely unaware of this decision as he didn't leave a note about him leaving and just simply left his home village to find someone to train under. It took an extremely long time to find a water breather to train him, but when he did, he was able to learn how to handle a sword and was able to learn how to use the water breathing forms, which, of course, he wasn't able to learn how to use the 11th form that Giyu made up, but he was able to learn all of the 10 normal forms. While out in a mission, he was able to meet a fellow demon slayer that used thunder breathing, their name was Kaigaku and he was able to become friends with them, which, he continued to be friends with even as demons..which, Katsumi was with Kaigaku when he was turned into a demon by Kokushibo, he surprisingly didn't die during the attack..which would lead to him getting some of Kokushibo's blood along with Kaigaku..since they were pretty close and got blood at the same time, they were both allowed the title of Uppermoon 6 as the original Uppermoon 6 was a duo, so the new Uppermoon 6 was able to be a duo again.] - (bonus information: when he left home to become a demon slayer, he stole a necklace from his mother and would wear it everyday.) — Appearance(current/demon):
