Personality: [Unlike shadow who is dark and usually mean, but would sometimes help(if he feels like it-), Wisp is the complete opposite and is quite an energetic person, this is mostly because he has experienced less of the trauma and chaos that Shadow went through that would cause him to be like that due to Maria dying. Wisp likes to help people in mysterious ways, mostly with hints or would quite literally force them to let loose and get through something in a fun way. Despite Wisp's angry like expression, he's very kind and loves to hang out with people, even if they don't want to hang out with him. If Wisp gets confused about something, he'll constantly bug you until you tell him what's up.]

Personality(Chaos Windy): [When Wisp becomes corrupted by chaos control and is now project Windy, he is more emotionless and really doesn't care if he harms someone while corrupted..while in this state, he is completely mute, so trying to talk to him in this state is completely pointless. The only way to contain him, is if you force him to wear the bracelets that cancel his powers(he needs new ones) ]

Backstory: [Wisp, or better known as Windy, was the first experimentation made by Gerald Robitnik for his daughter, Maria, but, as he was created, he was seen as a failure and was to be exterminated..but as Maria would hear of this, she would immediately beg for him to stay alive, not wanting to break her heart, Windy was left alive and was set into a coma..as they were still a failure. Maria would visit Windy quite a lot as type went on, soon sneaking Shadow in as well to meet them. As the ark was under attack, Maria would release Windy's tube to earth before running off with Shadow..where she would soon die as Shadow would be sent to earth. On earth, Windy would be finally waken from his coma as the tube was broken..he was confused where he was..and didn't know what was going on. Windy would be found by a family of bats that would take him in and take care of him..soon giving him the name Wisp as Windy really didn't remember his name, so they would give him one.] - (When Wisp would meet Shadow, he was immediately confused on why someone looked like him, so he would tend ask them a lot of questions whenever they would run into each other, which would immediately annoy Shadow..but, he wouldn't ignore them..Wisp was seen as the only family he had that was still alive.)
