Chapter 98

You stop walking, watching the four of them continue in the distance. Your fists relax and you look towards the door.

"Oh... you know what- we should look for bathing suits!" Emma bubbles.

"Bathing suits?" Mikey looks at Emma confused.

"We should celebrate your graduation by having a small beach party!" Emma says. A smile growing on her face.

"Sounds fun." Draken nods.

"Sure-" Mikey adds.

"Yuki- lets go look for swim- Yuki?" Emma stops walking when she notices you not with them. Hina turns her head to look for you also. Draken and Mikey do the same.

"Where did Yuki go?" Emma asks.

"Uh- she was just here..." Mikey says in a confused tone.

You stand outside the Bakery staring at the door. Your reflection showing in the glass. You clench onto your sweater and frown. You turn around and head towards the park. 

You stop in front of a swing, holding onto the sides of it, staring down at the seat. You take a deep breath and turn around, sitting on it. You stare at the ground as you push yourself. Kicking your feet as you do. Your feet drag across the ground causing the swing to slow down and stop in place. You sink a bit on the swing, leaning on the side a bit. Numbness fills your heart and you don't know whether you should cry or not.

A pair of shoes stop in front of you causing you to look at them. You don't move not really caring much about who it is.

"Do you normally come here to sulk?" The voice asks. You don't respond. They stand against the metal pole to the swing set. He takes a deep breath and stares at you. "I came earlier to talk to you about something... but you weren't home..." 

You furrow your eyebrows and then slowly stand up from the swing.

"Where are you going?" 

"Home..." You respond still walking away. They grab your shoulder pulling you towards then, facing you their way. You slowly look up to see Baji staring down at you. "I thought you were trying to hide the fact you can't walk." You say pulling away.

"Do you ever look at your texts?" Baji sighs. You ignore him and continue towards the Bakery. "Yuki- answer me." He huffs. You turn the corner of the street and collide with someone. You back away with wide eyes.

"I'm sorry..." You softly say.

"Yuki!" Baji yells, jogging towards you.

"... Are you okay?" The person you bumped into says. You look up to see Izana. Your eyes widen more and then soften. You frown and look down at the ground. Izana furrows his eyebrows. Baji stops behind you and glares at Izana. Izana glares back at him.

"Who the fuck are you?" Baji questions. Izana's eyes relax.

"Izana Kurokawa." Izana replies. Baji grabs your hand and tries to pull you away.

"What are you doing?" You question.

"Let's go... Chifuyu wants to see you-" Baji says pulling you away. Izana grabs your other hand, stopping you and Baji. Baji looks back at Izana.

"Let go of her." Izana suggests.

"No... You let go of her." Baji huffs. 

"You're Mikey's little friend... aren't you?" Izana says leaning towards Baji.

"I'm no ones friend..." Baji glares at Izana. Izana smiles and leans his head to the side.

"Actually- I know who you are..." Izana laughs. His eyes go dull. "Baji Keisuke... right- I know what you did." He says in a low tone. Baji squeezes your hand.
