Chapter 101

"... wha- what?" You stare up at Izana, shocked by his words. He looks away from you, almost like he's embarrassed. Your eyebrows furrow and you clench onto your dress, standing up with your phone in your hand. "You can't say strong words like that if you don't mean it." You clench onto your dress and Izana frowns. His eyes dart towards yours and his face begins to look more upset.

"I meant what I said." He says in a low tone. You stare at him, unable to tell if he means it or not. You shake your head and toss your phone onto your bed. 

"You can go home now Izana..." You say in a sad tone. He shakes his head and walks over to you.

"Are you that upset with me?" Izana says in a panicked tone.

"Just go home Izana."

"No- please talk to me." Izana grabs your wrist, trying to make you face him but you yank away, causing the both of you to fall down on the bed together. You squeeze your eyes shut when you fall down and then slowly open them. Your eyes widen when you see Izana on top of you.

"Get off..." You huff as you try to push him off of you.

"No. Stop Yuki. Just listen to me." He grabs your hands and pushes them down on the bed. You glare back up at him. "Don't look at me like that."

"What do you want to say..." You ask, frowning a bit. He takes a deep breath and closes his eyes a bit. Then he slowly opens them.

"I didn't say I love you just because... I meant what I said... At first I didn't care about you... Yeah- I wanted to use you to defeat Mikey. Yeah I saw you as a girl to toy with but- you treated me nicely and welcomed me in not knowing anything about me. I felt accepted... I felt like I could be loved by someone..." His eyes start tearing up. Your eyes slowly widen and your heart starts to get heavy. "You made me believe that... that love isn't fake. That someone can actually love me." He frowns a bit and droops his head. "I know I messed up... I'm sorry. But please... don't leave me." 

Your eyes widen. He's being sincere but you don't really know how to exactly feel. 

"Izana..."

"I'll quit Tenjiku... I'll be better... Please- don't give up on me." 

Your eyes soften then close. He stares at you hoping that you would give a response. He leans closer and closer to you. 

"Love is a strong word Izana..." You softly say.

"I love you Yuki..."

You frown a bit. A part of you feels warmth in his sincere words but also envy. You wanted someone else to say these words to you. You bite your lip and look away from Izana, staring at the phone on your bed. You turn your head towards him and wipe the tear forming in his eye, then your finger travels down his cheek, stopping at the corner of his lip. Now looking at him, you never noticed how pretty he is. 

"You're pretty." You softly say. His eyes slowly widen. "Do you actually... like me?"

"A lot."

You let go of his face and lay there staring up at him. He leans in closer to you and gently brushes his lips against yours. Unsure whether he should proceed, he does anyway. He softly kisses you. You kiss him back. 

Small kisses turn into long kisses. He pulls you closer to him, resting you on his lap. He rubs his hand up your back and gently kisses down your neck. You make soft and small noises as he runs his fingers underneath the back of your bra. The feeling of him touching you makes you feel hot.

BEEP BEEP

Your eyes widen when you hear the sound of a phone call ending. You quickly look towards your phone. You pull away from Izana's arms and grab your phone, your back facing him. You grab your phone to see your call log. But Izana presses against you from behind causing you to let go of your phone. He kisses the back of your neck. You squirm a bit feeling his hand rub up your waist.
