"I heard he saved a guy who coded yesterday, by himself." A intern said in the elevator.
"He just knows things...never messes up in rounds, always has the answer." Another intern said.
"And he's so calm. I'm always terrified, but he's, like, steady." Inter said.
"Best intern ever." Another one said.
"Hey, who are they talking about?" Alex asked Lexie.
"George O'Malley." Lexie replied.
"Seriously? Don't they know that he..." Alex started but Lexie shhs him.
"You know O'Malley's got these morons snowed?" Alex asked Izzie getting out of the elevator. "They don't even know he's a repeater."
"Yeah, whatever." Izzie said, looking inside the elevator.

"Hey." Meredith said, as Derek walked into the elevator that Meredith and Cristina were in.
"Hey." Derek replied, walking into the elevator.
"How are you today?" Meredith asked him.
"Good." Derek spoke.
"Great." Meredith replied.
"Damn it." Izzie said, as the doors opened to the elevator.
"Bye." Meredith said leaving.
"Bye." Derek spoke, also leaving.
"She's doing McDreamy. She's doing McDreamy and lying about it." Cristina tells izzie.
"That's great." Izzie replied.
"She thinks I'm weak, that I'm fragile. Like I can't handle it 'cause of Burke." Cristina said.
"Poor Cristina. All alone." Izzie said.
"Damn right. Poor Cristina." Cristina replied, walking away from her.

"Hey." Meredith said, walking up to Cristina and Juliette.
"Hey." Cristina and Juliette responded.
"You okay?" Meredith asked Cristina who sounded sad.
"I don't know. I think it's all just hitting me...you know, stupid Burke dumping me and then stupid mama coming to reclaim her...magic necklace." Cristina tells them.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Meredith asked.
"No, not really, not... yet." Cristina tells her.
"Okay. Well, if there's anything I can do..." Meredith started to say.
"You know, I just wish I had a good, bloody surgery. You know, bloody surgeries make me feel better." Cristina said, acting sad, looking at Meredith and Juliette. "One, two, three, four... follow me."

"Oh, Joanne, this is why you and I need to get sick, these doctors." Elaine said, as mark, Richard, Juliette and her interns enter Connies room.
"One's more handsome than the next." Joanne said.
"Oh, and here comes the handsomest one of them all. Hi, Dr. Webber." Connie said.
"Connie." Richard greeted.
"He took my appendix out three years ago. Barely left a scar. How's Adele?" Connie questioned.
