One morning, as the siblings sat around the breakfast table, they noticed something strange. Tan and Fang weren’t talking to each other. Not even the usual small talk or teasing remarks.

Instead, they were doing that thing where they silently communicated through looks, but this time, those looks weren’t the flirty ones they usually caught them sharing.

Marc leaned toward Jelly and whispered, “Did they fight?”

Jelly shrugged. “I don’t know, but something’s up.”

Ciize, who had been watching for a while, finally spoke up. “I think they’re mad at each other.”

Daisy, stuffing her mouth with toast, blinked at them. “Maybe they’re just tired?”

But after breakfast, when Tan and Fang kept avoiding each other’s gaze and their usual morning flirting was nowhere to be found, Daisy decided she needed to test something.

She put on her best innocent look, walked up to Fang, and tugged at his sleeve. “Papa.”

Fang, still distracted, glanced down. “Hmm?”

“I want a bunny,” Daisy announced.

Fang blinked, caught off guard. “A bunny?”

“Yes,” Daisy nodded confidently. “It just popped into my mind when I was playing in the backyard.”

Fang raised an eyebrow. “You thought of getting a bunny while playing in the dirty backyard?”

Daisy nodded again. “Yeah. So, can I have one?”

Fang sighed, clearly not in the mood to argue. “Go ask your Dada.”

Daisy tilted her head. Usually, Papa and Dada made big decisions together. But now, it seemed like Fang was trying to avoid making any decisions at all.

With suspicion growing in her mind, she made her way to Tan, who was sitting on the couch, reading something on his phone.

“Dada,” Daisy said sweetly, sitting next to him.

Tan hummed without looking up. “What is it, baby?”

“I want a bunny.”

Tan finally looked up, slightly amused. “A bunny?”

“Yes. A cute, fluffy bunny.”

Tan set his phone down and stretched. “Go ask your Papa.”

Daisy’s eyes narrowed. “I did, and Papa told me to ask you.”

Tan blinked, as if realizing what Fang had done. But instead of answering, he simply said, “Well, then ask your Papa again.”

Daisy crossed her arms. “But he told me to ask you.”

“Well, I’m telling you to ask him.”

Daisy huffed. “You guys are doing this on purpose!”

Tan smirked. “I have no idea what you mean.”

Daisy groaned dramatically and flopped onto the couch. “Why are you two acting weird?”

At that moment, the other siblings walked in, clearly curious about what was happening.

Marc smirked. “So, how did it go?”

Daisy sat up, crossing her arms. “They’re both avoiding each other, and now they’re using me as a messenger for my own bunny request!”

Jelly chuckled. “Told you something was off.”

Ciize nodded. “Yup. They’re definitely fighting.”
