Scene: Tan's Apartment - Morning

The morning sun peeks through the curtains, filling the room with a soft, golden light. Fang wakes up first, feeling Tan still curled up beside him. Carefully, he places a hand on Tan's forehead to check his temperature. Relieved to feel it back to normal, Fang lets out a quiet sigh of relief. He grabs his phone to update Peem and the others.

Fang (texting):"Tan's fever is finally gone. He's looking much better. I'll stay with him a bit longer and make sure he eats properly."

After hitting send, Fang slips out of bed, stretches, and heads to the bathroom to freshen up. Soon, he's dressed and moving around the kitchen, quietly preparing breakfast. The smell of toast and eggs fills the apartment, slowly stirring Tan awake.

Tan (half-asleep): "Mmm, what's that smell...?"

He rubs his eyes, sitting up groggily as Fang walks into the room carrying a tray of food for the table.

Fang: "Morning, baby. I'm making breakfast. Go take a shower and get ready to eat."

Tan stares at him for a moment, then gets out of bed and walks straight to Fang, wrapping his arms around him in a tight hug.

Tan (muffled against Fang's chest): "Thank you... for everything, love."

Fang freezes for a moment, surprised, before his expression softens. He wraps his arms around Tan, pulling him closer.

Fang: "Of course, baby. You don't need to thank me. Just focus on getting better."

Tan lingers in the hug for a moment longer before finally pulling away with a small smile.

Tan: "Alright, fine. I'll shower, but you owe me cuddles later."

Fang (chuckling):"Deal. Now, hurry up before the food gets cold."

Tan disappears into the bathroom, and Fang finishes setting up the table. By the time Tan comes out, looking fresh and wearing a loose hoodie and sweatpants, breakfast is ready.

Fang: "Sit down, baby. Let's eat."

Tan sits across from Fang, eyeing the plate of toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit in front of him.

Tan: "You're really serious about this healthy eating thing, huh?"

Fang: "Absolutely. You're not touching junk food until you're 100% better."

Tan (mock-pouting): "You're no fun, babe. Chips for breakfast sound amazing."

Fang: "And that's why I'm here to save you from yourself."

Tan laughs, shaking his head as he picks up a slice of toast.

Tan: "Fine, you win this time. But I'm keeping track of all these sacrifices, love."

Fang: "Sacrifices? Eating fruit is a sacrifice now?"

Tan: "Yes. A big one."

They both laugh, the sound filling the small apartment. The atmosphere is light and warm, a stark contrast to the tension of the past few weeks.

Fang: "By the way, Peem and the others asked how you were doing. I told them you're finally fever-free."

Tan: "That's good. I don't want them worrying too much. They've done enough for me already."

Fang: "We're your friends, baby. It's our job to worry."

Tan (softly): "I know... I'm just grateful for all of you. Especially you."

Fang reaches across the table, resting a hand on Tan's.

Fang: "We'll always be here for you, Tan. Don't ever forget that."
