Jerome POV
I hear Lachlan walk down the stairs. I look over and see him looking like a mess. It is pretty hard to tell, but if you look closely, his eyes look strained as if he was thinking really hard or was crying. I walk up to him.
"Hey buddy, is anything wrong?" I ask.
"No, not really. Just kinda home sick." He replies. I nod, trying to look like I believed it, and we walk over to the living room. I take a seat next to Mitch with an open one for Lachlan. He sits next to me and we start up Smash Bros.
I am Fox, Mitch is Falco, Lachlan is Marth, Rob is Wii Fit Trainer, and Preston is Kirby. We all press the ready button and we get pulled into Final Destination. We fight with out the power ups or anything except for the Smash Ball. We all have one life to make it more intense.
Lachlan and I fight hand to hand combat until he does an up smash and places my guy off balance. He takes this chance and hits me with his sword until I am Smashed out of the arena. I turn my attention to Rob and he and Preston are turning on Mitch. Lachlan joins Mitch and they have a tag team.
Preston flies into the air and does a down air attack on Lachlan. He gains fifty-eight damage points. I look over at how Mitch is doing and he isn't doing so hot. Rob was destroying him with one hit over and over again. I hear a yelp come from Preston and I look over to see him get Smashed out of battle. How did that happen?
Mitch throws down his controller in defeat, looking very upset. It was now a one v one battle. Rob had a lot of practice in this game, but so did Lachlan. I couldn't even bet smartly if we were even betting. The Smash ball comes into play and they both jump for the chance. Lachlan hits it first, but Rob hits it several times, gaining him his Final Smash.
Rob fires several multicolored yoga poses forward, each shoving back Lachlan until he falls off the edge, not being able to catch the wall again. Lachlan sighs in defeat, setting the controller down on the coffee table.
"Well, GG guys." Rob says in a sassy tone. We all say our gg's and all head into the kitchen to all talk and such, but I pull Lachlan back to talk to him. Just hope he doesn't go off on me for this.
