Within a couple of days Joe and Demi decided it would be a good idea to see if their son or daughter was okay and was growing at the speed he or she should be. With it only being a handful of months since the miscarriage they wanted to do everything they could to make sure they didn't lose this child. They wanted to bring this one home with them. Afterwards they would be looking at a home which they had seen, it was in a gated community which would give them some privacy away from the media to raise their son or daughter. They already decided they were getting an order so reporters couldn't get a picture of their child and if they did while getting a shot of them their face would be blurred out. The only way pictures were getting out there were through his or her's parents and their family. Demi was eight weeks along and they were hoping they could see a little more of their son or daughter as it has been three weeks since they last saw him or her.

"Have you had any problems since you last saw a doctor?" Doctor Greene questioned as she got the baby up on the screen checking everything was okay.

"Not at all, it's just a precaution that we are taking because of the miscarriage, we want to take this baby home in the end." Demi explained a smile coming to her face as the doctor turned the screen around so they could see, Joe smiled too squeezing her hand a little bit before kissing her hair.

"I can't see any problems with you or the baby, I'd say everything is going fine so keep up with what you are doing." She praised.

"We would like to sign onto the hospital here as well to have the rest of our scans done, I also want to give birth here." Demi requested.

"That's fine just ask reception and they will sort it all out for you," She instructed . "I'll just go get some pictures for you to take home."

Joe and Demi made it back to Dianna and Eddie's house just after dinner that night, they had seen the house and loved it. They were pretty much set on moving over here and into the house where they could raise their son or daughter together. They had just gotten their dinner warmed through beginning to each while the family looked at the pictures.

"She's small." Maddie Acknowledged.

"Who says it's a she, it's defiantly going to be a boy." Dallas challenged making the parents laugh.

"No we have to many boys in the Jonas family." Nick demanded.

"And we have too many girls in this family, either someone is going to be out numbered." Dallas argued setting the picture down on the table for Joe and Demi to take back.

"No because the baby will be a Jonas not a Lovato." Joe and Demi couldn't help but laugh at the argument that was going on.

"Looks like they are making all the decisions for us," Joe grinned turning to Demi but his smile faded when he saw the expression on her face. "What's wrong?"

"I'm gonna be sick." She feared before getting up rushing out of the kitchen Joe soon following her, the argument soon stopped. Joe held Demi's hair back as she started to vomit into the toilet glad she made it there in time. As much as it pained them both they knew that this was a good thing having morning sickness, it was running so smoothly. Joe rubbed her back as she finished sitting back on the floor trying to get her breath back.

"Are you alright?" Joe questioned concerned, Demi nodded her head gently allowing him to help her stand up holding her in his arms after he flushed the toilet for her.

"T-Thank you," She stammered Joe smiling kissing her hair. "That's going to be the first of many." She stated once she had her breath back.

"It will be worth it though right?" Joe questioned Demi nodding her head as they pulled away.
