CHAPTER 12: FARON TEMPLE & AN OLD FRIEND

(A/N: Forest Temple, Faron Temple... Same thing in my personal opinion. So I made Gohma the boss in this temple. I used older bosses throughout my story. Some are created by me ^_^ I'll leave an author's note telling you that if the boss in the chapter was made by me or not. Just so we all know ;P Also this picture belongs to me! It's a character I have created for this story! He shows up at the end of this chapter. Why does he look so familiar?! Find out in later chapters! Also music included! Link opened his eyes. He yawned and looked down next to him. He completely forgot until now. Him and Meena were snuggling. Link only did this to keep her warm. But he knew the real reason was to just have a chance to cuddle her in his arms.

When Link looked down at her, her face looked tired. But warm and happy. "Hey, she looks kinda pretty sleeping." Link thought to himself smiling. He was afraid to move. He didn't want to wake Meena up. Her head was rested on his shoulder. She sighed.

Meena fluttered opened her eyes. She yawned too. But her yawn didn't sound normal. It sounded more like a tiger yawning. Link noticed and somehow felt tingly over it. She looked up at Link.

"Oh, morning." She said as her eyes started to close again. "Morning." Link said. Meena's eyes shot opened realizing what was going on. She quickly got up and moved away by a couple inches.

"Uh... Um... Well... Thanks for that last night." She said laughing awkwardly. Link looked at her. He smiled. "Your welcome." He said. They stared at each other for a bit. All of a sudden, a shadow twirled out of Link's shadow. Midna sat criss-crossed in midair bobbing slowly up and down. "Eee hee hee! Admit it! You two like each other!" Midna said laughing mischievously.

Victoria twirled out of Meena's shadow and sat down next to Meena. "Yeah, you two need to hit it off." Victoria said with an open smirk shoving Meena closer to Link. Meena and Link both looked from Victoria, to Midna then back at each other. They both blushed embarrassed. "Pfd! Whaaaa?????" Meena said standing up suddenly stretching her arms out above her.

Link got up too and stretched. "Yeah! What are you guys talking about? We were just keeping each other warm." Link said still stretching. "Yeah! That's all! Not to mention demons are coldblooded." Meena said still stretching.

"You are half human/Hylian right?" Midna asked. "Yes Princess I am." Meena said with a tone. Midna laughed. "Well, then your Hylian side would make you half-warmblooded and half-coldblooded." Victoria pointed out. "Hey well then, Link, if you are denying what happened in here, what about in the middle of Faron Woods?" Midna asked.

Victoria smiled. "Yeah! Beautiful? Sweet? Come on! You two are lovebirds!" Victoria said teasingly. Link and Meena both looked in opposite directions. Their backs turned to each other with Link looking at Midna and Meena looking at Victoria.

"I was just being a good friend. You saw what happened." Link whispered trying to change the subject. "I was just trying to be complimentary to him is all." Meena whispered to Victoria. Midna and Victoria finally gave up. "Fine! But you two do like each other. We can see it." Midna said snickering.

Victoria couldn't help but smile teasingly and shrugged. "Well lets be off!" Midna said twirling back into Link's shadow. "Downwards and upwards! Or downwards in my case hah hah hah!" Victoria said laughing cheekily as she twirled back into Meena's shadow.

Link and Meena both looked back at each other. "They are right." Meena said. Link looked at her hopefully. "They are? You mean, you do lik-" "We should get moving to Faron Temple." Meena said cutting off Link. She looked at Link again and saw him frozen. He then quickly went back to normal. "Right! I was so gunna say that!" Link said laughing weirdly.
