The dance studio was almost empty, the echoes of music and footsteps fading into silence. The only ones left were Jimin and Kai, cooling down after their intense practice session. Lisa's class had ended just moments ago, and Jimin was gathering his things, wiping the sweat from his neck when Kai stretched beside him, grinning.

"You're a menace, Jimin. Are you sure you weren't sent here to destroy me before I even debut?"

Jimin chuckled, tossing a towel at him. "Oh please, I went easy on you. If you think this is tough, wait until you're actually on stage every day."

Kai caught the towel with a smirk. "Yeah, yeah. But at least my future choreographer won't be this good-looking."

Jimin paused mid-drink, nearly choking. "What?"

Kai shrugged, his tone playful. "What? I'm just speaking facts. A talented, handsome friend—sounds unfair for me, doesn't it?"

Jimin rolled his eyes, turning away to grab his bag. "Flattery isn't gonna save you from training tomorrow."

Kai laughed, stepping closer. "Not even a little?"

Jimin pretended to think. "Mmm... nope."

Kai sighed dramatically. "You're heartless."

Jimin chuckled, shaking his head as he reached for his phone. But just then—Kai touched his wrist. It was light, barely there, yet enough to send a strange chill down Jimin's spine. His breath hitched for a fraction of a second before he quickly pulled away, his fingers curling into a loose fist at his side.

Kai caught the reaction, tilting his head. "Jimin...?"

Jimin forced a small chuckle, shaking his head. "What? I—nothing. Your hands are just cold."

Kai grinned, raising an eyebrow. "Or maybe you just got flustered."

Jimin snorted, shaking him off. "In your dreams."

Kai gasped in mock offense. "So you do think about me in your dreams?"

Jimin laughed, shoving him lightly. "Go home, Kai."

"You ?"

"i will go with Hyung"

"Miss me, Park Jimin." Kai threw over his shoulder before leaving the room.

Jimin chuckled, but as soon as Kai was gone, the room suddenly felt colder. He exhaled, shaking his head. It was nothing. Just a second—a fleeting moment. And he buried it before it could surface.
Because feelings like that... they didn't belong to him.
Not when his heart already belonged to someone else.
No matter how much time passed, no matter how much he tried to move forward, Jimin was not someone who forgot so easily.

Not when it came to him.

On the other hand in Academy, someone was in mess, he was rooming front and forth in his dance room, music in the dance room was loud. Too loud. But J-Hope didn't turn it down. He didn't want to listen to his own thoughts.

Ever since lunch, his mind had been a mess.

It was her. Lisa.

The way she had looked at him. The way she trusted him. The way she had gotten under his skin without even trying.

And it didn't help that Taeyang the another dance instructor seemed very interested in her. J-Hope had overheard their conversations too many times. Lisa always smiled when she talked to Taeyang. They had gone for coffee, movies, ya sure, others were there too, but Taeyang had asked her personally.
It made J-Hope restless. Made his skin itch with something he didn't want to name.
