Lily stood on the porch waiting for the door to open, 'I hope Gomez will talk to me' she thought to herself. Lurch opened the door, "Hello Lurch, is Gomez in?" Lily smiled. "Follow me." Lurch said. Lily followed Lurch into the Addams' house, Lily saw Gomez sitting in his chair, she also saw Morticia. Lily was jealous of Morticia's good looks, she had gorgeous black hair, beautiful blue eyes and the best figure Lily had ever seen on another living being. "Guest Mr. Addams." Lurch said leaving us alone. Gomez looked up, "Ah Lily, take a seat." Gomez smiled. Lily sat down on the black arm chair, "Gomez, do you remember about a week ago I invited you over and we talked, and you said you did something to make Morticia angry?" "Yes... I remember... What happened to your face?" Gomez stared at Lily's face. "Herman threw boiling coffee over me, but that isn't what I came here to talk about. What did you do to make Morticia angry at you?" Lily asked. Gomez hesitated, "Nothing, Lily. I'm not here to be questioned." Gomez stood up and walked down to the playroom. Lily sighed. "I'll tell you." Morticia spoke up, "I do not love your husband." Lily glared at Morticia, "Then why did you kiss him?" "I wanted to get back at Gomez because he cheated on me." Morticia moved her head and made eye contact with Lily. "What..." Lily gasped, "But Gomez loves you." Morticia laughed, "I thought that too, it seems we both are in denial about our husbands love for us." "No. No, that's not true! Herman loves me!" "Don't try to convince yourself that he loves you, he just lusts you. He doesn't want a long and happy marriage. I told Herman that I do not love him, he knew that from the very start. But he told me that he loves me, I never wanted to steal Herman away from you forever. I just wanted to kiss him and tell him that I 'loved him' so Gomez and I could be even. I am so very sorry Lily." "Oh my God..." Lily whispered, "I have to go..." She stood up and walked towards the door. "Wait!" Morticia ran to Lily, "Can you please accept my apology? I never meant for it to go this far." Lily considered her apology, "Fine, I accept your apology. I might never see you again, Morticia..." Lily started to cry. "Why...? What're you going to do?" Morticia asked, she really did care about Lily. "I don't know, but I might regret it." Lily closed the door behind her and went home.
