Enjoy chapter 13! :D (btw Louvre is pronounced "loove")

Phil P.O.V.

"Do you want to go again?" Dan says, heavily panting.

"Of course." I say as we get up and start jumping on our king size bed in our Paris hotel room.

"I forgot how much fun jumping on the bed is! I just wish it wasn't this much exercise!" Dan says, staggeringly breathing.

Just as Dan and I are jumping on the bed, a room service lady just invites herself in.

"Excuse me, gentlemen, but could you please keep it down?" She asks.

"Yes, of course. I apologize for my husband and I's childish behavior." I say. It feels almost surreal to be saying that Dan is my husband.

"Since we can't jump on the damn bed anymore because some person probably thought we were doing something gross, do you want to explore a bit?" Dan asks.

"Yes! I want to see the Louvre so bad!" I yell.

"What the ever loving hell is a Louvre?" Dan asks with his adorable confused face.

"The Louvre is the big museum here in Paris where the Mona Lisa and many other pieces of art are held."

"Okay, let's go then! We're only on the honeymoon for a week." Dan says.

I've never seen him so happy. I feel like being on our honeymoon and not having the stress of a wedding is lifting his spirits.

We decided on going to Paris for our honeymoon because it holds many activities and sights that Dan and I were interested in. And as soon as Dan and I got dressed, we were off to the Louvre.

"Woah." Dan says as we walk up to the large museum.

"I know. Do you know what that large triangle prism is for?" I ask.

"No, do you?"

"No idea."

As we walked into the museum, there were many people there, but I didn't care since I just wanted to see the artwork.

"Phil, what persuaded you to want to come here?" Dan asks.

"Well you know how I love tattoos, so I like art in general. All the hard work and inspiration that these artists had when they were painting in the times when you only had your mind and your brush. No internet, no light, just the canvas, the brush, and your mind."

"That was beautiful. You feel the same way about art that I do about poetry." Dan says.

"Pretty much. Yet with you and poetry, you just feel it and it's free for you. When I tattoo people, I have to do what the other person wants. I can't free draw. I can on myself, but I'm the only person that has an impact on. Your poetry has an impact on the people who hear it."

"Phil, your tattooing has an impact on people. People get tattoos of what they love, and what made an impact on them. You make it a reality to have that on them forever. That's why I want a tattoo." Dan says.

I'm astonished. Dan Lester, of all people, wants a tattoo.

"What do you want a tattoo of?" I ask. I will be so glad to give him a tattoo.

"Something that incorporates you and I, and poetry. The things I love most." Dan says.

"Of course, my love. I want a tattoo of that reminds me of you and I too." I say, giving Dan a quick peck on the lips.

"Let's explore the Louvre now, shall we?" He asks.

"We shall." I say, taking his hand into mine, playing with Dan's ring with my fingers.

When we walked out of the Louvre, I was still in shock of how beautiful the artwork was.

"Phil, look up!" Dan says, and when I look up, I see the top of the Eiffel Tower.

"Let's go then!" I say, taking Dan's hand and running.

"Phil, stop!" Dan says, clutching his knee.

"What's wrong, love?" I ask, panic rising in my voice.

"I just had this very bad pain in my leg. It hurt really bad for like fifteen seconds, then it was gone." Dan says, starting to stand again.

"Well, has it done this before?" I ask him.

"It's been happening for the past week now. Everyday." Dan says.

"When we get back to London, you're going to the doctor. Let's just enjoy our honeymoon now, yeah?" I say.

"Yup. Let's go to the Eiffel Tower." As much as Dan seemed fine, I couldn't help but worry about him. Yet, he's a big boy, he'll be okay.

"This is beautiful." Dan says, looking from the top of the Eiffel Tower.

"Not as beautiful as you. I'm the luckiest man alive to have you forever." I say.

"And you'll never lose me. Ever."

"I had no doubt in my mind that you'd leave me."
