This room needs better curtains. It is impossible to sleep in past eight in the morning. And if you know me it that is way too early. But I know someone is awake cause they are being as loud as possible. I got out of bed and instantly regretting it cause it was so cold in the house. I'm too lazy to brush through my hair so a messy pony tail will have to do. I didn't put my contacts in either. (again with the lazy thing.) I slipped on an over sized hoodie since it was so cold. It was so big you could barely see my shorts under neath. Alright, now the glasses, gotta find those things.
"Can we please turn the temperature up in here. I'm freezing." I said when I got down stairs to Liam, who was in the kitchen.
"I think Niall turned it down last night cause he was hot."
"Well now it's too cold." I took a seat at one of the bar stools across the counter from Liam.
"No it's not. It feels fine." I'm obviously not winning this... "Why are you up so early?"
"My room is too bright and you're making so much noise."
"No Harry was!" he defended himself. "Did you want something to eat? I can make you something real fast?"
"No. Too early to eat. But thank you." Held my head up with my hand. "Did you sleep alright?"
"No." he grumbled.
"Why not?"
"Louis kept...nevermind." he stopped talking and acted like he was busy doing something by the sink.
"Why does everyone keep doing that?!" gosh it frustrates me so bad.
"What?" he innocently asked, like he doesn't know.
"Stop talking about Louis? Like he is a forbidden subject around me. I don't care! It's not like I'm going to fall over and have a heart attack every time someone mentions him!"
"Because, there is just some stuff that is better left unsaid around you."
"I want to know." I calmed myself to almost a whisper.
"Know what?" he also seemed to calm down in a sense. He stood across from me again, putting his elbows on the counter top.
"What did he keep doing last night that kept you awake?"
"Crying."
yup now this is awkward...
"Why did he leave her?" I asked.
"Carla?"
"Yeah. Why didn't he marry her?" he sighed like he didn't want to tell me. Or it was going to hard for me to hear it.
"They wanted different things." he shrugged.
"It took him till he got to the fucking wedding alter to realize it? In front of all those friends and family?"
"I guess so."
"Well he obviously misses her so why don't they get back together?" good thing Liam has patience cause I could ask questions forever.
"What?"
"He misses her. You said he was crying?" did he not?
"Oh... I don't know."
"It's a shame." I shrugged. "Did you get along with her?"
"I guess. I mean, Louis never really brought her around so there wasn't much time not to get along." a door opened upstairs.
"I have more questions for later." I quickly told Liam and he nodded okay. Louis cam slumping down the stairs.
I'm going to be the bigger person here...
"Morning Louis." I said in the most cheerful voice I possibly could when he joined me and Liam in the kitchen. But he ignored me and walked to the fridge.
"Good morning Lou." Liam said.
"Morning." Louis responded still looking in the fridge.
Are you fucking kidding me... he's ignoring me.
"Anything you want to do today?" Liam asked him.
"Not really." Louis shrugged. He closed the fridge door and ended up grabbing a piece of bread then putting it in the toaster.
Let's try this again...
"I was going to ask Liam to drive me into town to get some food I can eat. Want to come with us?" I asked.
He pulled the toast out and started to spread some butter on it...while ignoring me...
I looked over at Liam who was looking back and forth between me and Louis. When he saw I was looking at him he just raised his shoulders.
"Hey Lou?" Liam got his attention.
"Yeah?"
"Want to go shopping with me and Ali later?" he asked.
"No I'll pass. Thanks for in the invite through, Liam." he flashed Liam a smile then took a bite of his toast.
One more try...
"Can I get you something to drink Louis? Like some orange juice maybe?" he just took another bit of his toast. "I'm going to fucking kill you!" I shot up from my seat and started to run around the counter to him but Liam caught me and just bear hugged me so my back was against his chest.
"Alright, calm down. No need to get angry." Liam attempted to get me to calm down but it honestly making things worse. All I want to do right now is pound Louis face into the fucking counter.
"Ali, why don't you go into the movie room and play a video game or something to cool off some, yeah?" Liam suggested still holding me down against himself.
"Fuck no, I was here first." I can't stop looking at Louis who is acting all smug and happy with himself. Just want to punch him until he cries...
"Louis, can you please go upstairs? Or to a different room? Outside would even be great." Liam tried to get him to leave.
"Nope." he said popping the p sound and took another bit of his toast acting like he was so pleased with himself.
"Louis stop being an immature asshole and talk to her. And Ali, you need to control your anger and not try to kill someone when they upset you." Liam gave up trying to be nice and straight up gave it to us. He let go of me. "I'm going to go sit in the dinning room and you two are staying in here until you guys learn to get along."
"No, forget it. I'm over it." I shook my head and started to leave the kitchen.
"Come on Ali." Liam tried to get me to come back.
"No, fuck that. And fuck you Louis. I hate you." I said before I went back upstairs to my room.
