Hope's POV:

I slid a hand in my hair, and relaxed in the warm water. I didn't want to do anything but sit with Jordan. I heard someone walk in, I immediately covered my chest and the woman walked up to the bath. "I'm here to give a facial to Hope?" The woman said and Jordan nodded. She applied a facial mask and left me to sit there. I could see Jordan's grin in the corner of my eye. Jordan and I just giggled. We sat in silence, except for the quiet music that was very zen. Eventually, the woman came back in to remove my facial and tell Jordan and I we have about 20 more mins in here. I smiled weakly and shifted around in the bath, picking up rose petals and smelling them. "Who gets out first?" Jordan asked and I just pointed at him. He sighed and got out, wrapping his waist in a towel. Jordan grabbed my hand and helped me up, handing me a towel. I took my clothes and slid them on, getting ready to leave. "This was fun, thank you." I thanked Jordan and he kissed me. We left the spa and Jordan drove away. I didn't want anything special to eat, so we just ate chipotle. Driving back home, I smiled across at Jordan. "Thanks for making this birthday so amazing." I said and kissed his cheek.

~magic we are at their apartment~

I walked into the apartment and slid off my shoes. Jordan sat on the couch and pulled me towards him. We cuddled on the couch and I fell asleep on his chest.

Everything was spiraling out of control. I would drown my nerves in alcohol. Jordan was no longer by my side. I was alone, and lonely. And a living,breathing, reminder of how I messed up was permanently with me.

Sweaty, I woke up and and was breathing heavily. I saw Jordan underneath me, his mouth in a small "o" formation as he lightly snored. I sighed in relief and felt my stomach. Is there really a living thing inside of me? I went to sleep on Jordan's shoulder.

When I woke up Jordan was awake but hadn't moved from his spot. "Good morning sleepyhead." Jordan said and kissed my forehead. I ran a hand through Jordan's hair and stood up. I stretched,feeling bones in my body tense up or crack. I went to the kitchen and popped a bagel in the toaster. I cover it in cream cheese. Jordan sat next to me on the counter, with an arm wrapped around my shoulder. "You know I love you right?" He said and kissed my temple. I nodded and he smiled. We sat on the counter, for about 30 minutes. I stood up and went to get dressed. I put on my gray sweatpants and one of Jordan's white shirts. I braided my hair in two and put on fuzzy socks. I walked back out and jordan smiled at me. I walked to the couch and decided I wanted to watch a scary movie. "Let's watch poltergeist." Jordan said and I nodded, even though I hated scary movies I just felt like it.

I grabbed my blanket and cuddled up to Jordan. When a jump scare came in I buried my face into Jordan's shoulder and squealed. "It's okay Hope." Jordan said and cuddled me into my chest.
