Dallon and I walked hand in hand to the movie theatre a little later than we planned. But hey, you couldn't rush a very hot and steamy make out session with your overly attractive partner!
We find Alex and Jack up against the wall kissing each other, not giving a rat's ass about all the stares, just each others tongues shoved in their mouths.
"Hey guys, can we set the 'shoving the tongues in each other's throats' to a minimal?" I ask and they both stop to look at Dallon and I. Alex smiles and pulls us both in for a hug. "Hello children."
"Hey to you too." I tell him and chuckle.
"So this is Dallon, I know you've met him but I just love bragging about him." I say blandly getting Jack and Alex to roll their eyes. Dallon coughs and I just look at him, god was he perfect as he blushed and smiled slightly.
"Well the movie starts in like 10 minutes you guys wanna get some snacks and head inside?" Alex says checking his watch, Dallon and I both nod and the four of us walk inside to the giant room of the theatre. Dallon looked at it in awe, looking at the gigantic screens on the top playing previews from movies. "Gosh, it's so cool here!" Dallon whispers excitedly in my ear. Jack takes notice and asks, "Never been here before?"
"Nah, we've never had the money to go here." Dallon says not really paying attention to what he's saying, he's just paying attention to the chandelier above.
It makes me sad, they've never had the money to take Dallon here. Not even once. Of course this place was a bit expensive, but you could probably afford to take someone here a few times a year. It really hit home, Dallon really had been suffering for his whole entire life. Maybe at first the money problems never really effected him. But when his mother left, everything was bad for him.
I pull him in for a kiss, blocking out all of the stares I got and hugged him. "I love you" I let go and he blushes ten times more than he already was before.
"We should go get our snacks." He mumbles and grabs ahold of my hand. Jack smiles at us and we keep walking to where Alex was, which was aback of the concession line.

The movie was great, it was one of those really cheesy comedies with very low graphics. But the actors were pretty funny. A sexual scene came on halfway during so Jack and Alex excused themselves and ran to the restroom. Which made Dallon and I giggle throughout the whole movie.
Alex wanted to treat us to dinner and I said it was a little late but, Dallon seemed a little too excited to say the least so of course I said yes, because I was just a bit curios of why Dallon was so excited to go to dinner.
Now, we were at a small diner near the edge of town to avoid people from school. Dallon sat close to me, his hand was really clammy and he was jittery but he had a big smile on his face. "Babe, you doing alright?" I whisper as Alex and Jack were engulfed in their own small conversation.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just have some exciting news to share after we get our food." I was now intrigued of what exciting news Dallon had in store for us.
Soon enough, our food came and Dallon squealed. "Okay. Um. Wait." Dallon stutters. Jack and Alex look up at him, and he stands up. "I know it's really obvious that I am well wearing different clothing and stuff. And I know that you guys will accept me know matter what. I mean you guys made it really clear. I'm just a little a-afraid."
He takes a deep breath, "Dallon, you can say it, don't be afraid. Like you said; we will accept you no matter what." Alex says. I grab ahold of Dallon's hand and squeeze it. He takes another shaky breath, tears welling up in his eyes, a small triumphant smile on his face. "Patrick, my psychiatrist helped me out, and so did Brendon. They both helped me out. I-um. I'm non-binary. And I had felt so trapped before but now, I feel great. I feel alive. And it's okay if you guys don't accept me. I'm ready now. I've grown. I can handle it."
The three of us smile at Dallon. "We accept you. You are like our child, we will love you for who you are." Alex says and smiles, this time from ear to ear.
Dallon looks at me, I smile at him "Dallon, I will accept you no matter what. I love you. A lot. And gender doesn't define you. You can be anything you want to be and I will love you from the moon and back. More than that actually. He smiles and let the tears fall. He falls into my arms and soon enough Jack and Alex join in on the hug. "I love you guys so much." He cries.
"If you love me you would let me eat." Jack says playfully. We all laugh as we release from the hug. "Okay okay, you guys can eat now." Dallon says and we all gather our bearings and start to eat.

Dallon and I walk back to our car since Jack and Alex had to leave yet again. We didn't really mind, it seemed that we both had some sort of tunnel vision that would only allow us to see each other, that was fine by me.
"I love you so much." I tell him and push him against my car, my leg between his.
"I love you more." Dallon replies and kisses me. I kiss him back and tug at his bottom lip. "Not possible." I mumble, he chuckles and playful scoffs, resting his arms on my shoulders, I put my hands on his waist.
"Uh yeah it is." He whispers and kisses my neck.
"Prove it." I challenge.
"Look inside your car." I tilt my head to the side to see a small Jack Russell pup in my car looking up at Dallon and I.
"No way!" I shout looking at Dallon. He nods and smiles.
"Oh my God! I love you! I love you. I tell him and kiss him about a dozen times. "You win, babe."
He smirks and pecks my cheek. "I love you too."
