Chapter 16

Luke's POV

While Bella's out the boys and I decided to get everything ready. We planned to have a nice dinner then head over to a school party. Try and get the word out you know?

"Hey Luke guess who's gonna be at the party?" Ashton smirks.

I shrug my shoulders and ask that he move on telling me.

"1D and their skanks." He says.

"Perfect, now we can put the plan in action." Michael says.

"But what about the girls? Wouldn't they want to know what they are getting into before they are thrown into it? I mean I don't want Bella getting hurt by Jenna." I try to reason.

"Yah I don't want them getting hurt either." Calum says.

I pull out my phone and press the phone on Bella's contact. It rings only but two times.

"Hey! What's up?" She says sweetly.

"Hey babe, I think we need to talk."

"Oh, um ok." She says in a concerned voice.

"No! No! No, it's not bad! Well I mean it's about tonight and everything that might happen. I just don't want you to get hurt or anything." I ramble.

"It's ok, haha. I'll be there in about 20 minutes."

"Alright, drive safe. Bye Bells." I say.

"Bye Luke." She drags out. I smile and hang up.

"Ok they will be here in about 20 minutes she said." I walk over to the lads.

"That's good. Now what are we gonna do about dinner?" Ashton fixes his bandana.

"Um do you want me to reserve a reservation at that place we played at last week?" Calum says.

"No dip fuck. They need somewhere nicer, not a run down café." I smack the back of his head.

"Well then how about that one place where our parents went for the gala they went to last month?" Michael says.

"That's perfect!" Ashton jumps up, "I'll call them."

Shit, what are we gonna wear? I don't really own suits and 'nice clothes'. I guess we need to go out after we talk to the girls.

Just as on time, they walked through the door. Maddi running up to Calum, Cecilia putting her stuff on the chair, and Sam kissing Michael. Bella hasn't come through the door yet. I get up and walk to the door. When I look out, I see her struggling to take her stuff to her house. I walk over to her and take everything from her. She smiles and kisses my check.

"I guess shopping was good." I smile; holding u her bags a little bit more.

"I guess you could say that, but I mean I had the girls making me buy shit for tonight." She giggles. I smile and look at her.

Her innocent face, pierced by a nose ring I took her to get. Her makeup minimal, showing off her beauty. I love her style so much, it shows a bit of rebellion but also pure and innocent. She is truly amazing. I wonder if she feels the same about me. Probably not, I mean how could anyone like a prick like me?

"Luke?" she interrupts my thoughts as I set her bags on the kitchen counter in her house.

"Yah?" She looks at me and then down to her feet.

"Nevermind, let's go back to your house. They are probably wondering where we are." Then she walks towards the door.

I run after her and grab her hand. She faces me and I kiss her forehead.

"You can always talk to me, I'm never leaving." She smiles up at me.

"Maybe later." She starts to walk to my front door. I wrap my arm around her neck and she wraps hers around my waist.

"Now that they are here, let's get back to business." Calum says.

I walk over to the big chair and pull Bella onto my lap.

"Ok girls, tonight we are going to a party." Ashton starts.

"Yes! Time to turn up!" Maddi yells.

"No, the 1D boys are going to be there but this time with their shags." Calum says.

"I want to say something. Why do we have to pretend to be in relationships when two of us are and the other two might be soon." I defend.

"I agree with Luke, if Maddi and Calum and Cecilia and Ashton are dating then why pretend?" Bella smiles at me.

"Yah, let's just show them the real thing. It'll bug them more than pretending anything. They aren't stupid." I say.

They all nod and I think that's gonna be the plan. Good, now I can actually work on getting to know Bella.

"Ok now tell me about this hoes." Maddi says.

"Maddi!" Bella says, "The correct term is shags. Anyway what is their problem?"

"They are all the boys' girlfriends. They rule the school just like 1D. I mean they are ill tempered bitches that always get their way." Michael says.

"Not until now. There's new girls in town, and we don't take shit for bitches anymore." Bella says. I laugh and pull her closer.

"I mean come on, they cant be that bad. I think we are worse." Cecilia smiles.

"Yah, they have nothing on us." Sam says.

"They don't know us but boy cant we find loads of dirt on them." Maddi smirks.

"Guys we gotta kill them with what they most love in life not their past. Duhh." Bella winks.

"They all love the 1D boys and their popularity. Take that away and they will die." Ashton smirks.

"Ok, well they only are the most popular girls in school because of the assholes." I add.

"Yah like Jenna, she was a nobody like us but-"

"Fuck off Calum." Michael hits him in the back of the head. I give him a 'what the fuck' look.

"Whatever. I don't care about this girl's past. Her present is more of our problem." Bella says. Thank god she moved over the subject.

"Yah, so look hot tonight." I say looking at Bella. I want to see her in something sexy, but I also know that that's gonna piss off the girls. Especially Jenna, she hates competition now that she's in that crowd.

"Oh Luke you have no fucking idea!" Cecilia says.

"Shut up. I'm not wearing it." Bella looks at her.

"Yes you are. Luke sorry if we make her so no guys can resist her." Maddi says. Fuck, other guys. There are many fit lads at my school. They will be there too, shit.

"Um maybe we should skip the party." I try to push.

"Nope we are going, together." Bella turns and positions herself facing me.

"Will you be my escort to the party Mr. Hemmings?" She smiles, I return the gesture.

"You're cheesy Bella, but fine I guess I could take you instead of a shag." I wink. She slaps my chest and rolls her eyes while giggling.

"Ok well I suggest if you need loads of time to get ready soon cause we have dinner reservations at 6." Ashton says kissing Cecilia's cheek.

Bella gets off of my lap and kisses my nose. I pull her down and she laughs.

"Kiss?"

"We'll see how tonight goes." She winks and get up again.

The girls walk out the door and I swear bella winked at me. Tonight I need to get that kiss. I'm determined!
