Chapter 54: Like a Butterfly, I Hope You Belong to Me

The sun had just begun to rise, casting a soft, golden light over the farm. The morning air was crisp and fresh, a perfect start to the day. Dom, Kelsey, and their friends-Lauren, Luna, Ashton, Jewell, Johnny, Zach, Maxim-were all gathered together for a peaceful tour of the farm. They wandered through the lush green fields, the atmosphere filled with warmth and joy as the group strolled around.

Their first stop was the plant area, where vibrant lilies bloomed under the care of Kelsey. Lauren, admiring the flowers, smiled. "I like your lilies here, Kelsey."

Kelsey beamed at the compliment, replying, "Thank you, Lauren."

After lingering among the flowers, they continued on to the vegetable area. Luna looked over the rows of fresh produce with delight. "I like your vegetables, Dom. They're really fresh."

Dom, pride in his voice, nodded. "I know. Kelsey and I planted them ourselves."

Kelsey added, "Actually, planting vegetables isn't easy, but I enjoy it. There's something so satisfying about it."

Luna, reflecting on her own home, said, "In our house, we also have plants. They help me relax."

The group then moved on to the horse area, where the horses were grazing peacefully. Ashton looked over at the majestic animals and asked, "I really like horses. Actually, can I go for a ride?"

Kelsey smiled and nodded. "Sure, you should."

Jewell, always up for an adventure, chimed in, "Well, if Ashton is riding, can I join him?"

Luna, eager to join the fun, said, "I'll ride too."

Maxim, ever the companion, grinned. "If you're all riding, I'll join you."

And so, the group split into two teams for the ride. Luna and Maxim mounted the first horse, while Ashton and Jewell hopped on the second. Together, they rode through the sprawling fields, the horses moving smoothly across the farm's picturesque landscape. Laughter and conversation filled the air as they enjoyed the peaceful, scenic ride, feeling the bond of friendship deepen with every moment spent together on the farm.

The day had only just begun, but already, it was one to remember.

The sun cast a warm glow over the fruit area as Dom and Kelsey led the group to the strawberry fields. Rows of vibrant red berries stretched out before them, the scent sweet in the air.

Kelsey turned to face everyone with a bright smile. "Alright, everyone! I'll teach you how to pick a ripe strawberry."

Everyone gathered around, watching closely as Kelsey gently reached down to a plump strawberry. "You need to look for the ones that are bright red all around, without any green or white spots. Then, hold the stem, twist it, and pull gently." She demonstrated the motion.

Maxim stepped forward first, following the instructions carefully. He plucked a perfect red strawberry and held it up proudly. "Oh well, so this is how to pick a ripe strawberry."

Jersey's eyes lit up with excitement. "Actually, I like to pick strawberries-especially when I'm the one doing it." He knelt down and plucked a few berries, showing them off with a grin.

Johnny chuckled, grabbing his own strawberry. "Not bad, Jersey. But let's see who fills their basket the fastest."

Adam smirked. "You're on."

Jewell giggled, gently picking a few strawberries herself. "As long as we don't eat them all before we leave."

Lauren crouched beside her, adding strawberries to her basket. "Too late. I might have already eaten one."
