David Durango is one of my best friends. Most of my friends are guys; David, Mac, Tarquell, Saul, and Sam but we call him fingers because he's deaf. David and I have been best friends since preschool. The other boys joined through the years. We've all gotten closer and don't always hang out as a group. They're like brothers to me and I'm like their sister. We all share the same passion, and that's baseball. You might be thinking 'Why is a girl playing baseball?'. Baseball isn't just for boys. I play baseball because I like a challenge. Baseball is a lot harder than softball. Any way I'll let you continue reading the story about one crazy summer.
