Soot around seafoam green
The way blood flowed once
A prison of a memory
A place where your ghosts drown
From under waves they haunt
Bubbles white pop like bone
During that last fateful flight
Soaring high an echo of a past life
Clouds turn to foam turn to snow
A mistake twisted into sacrifice
The transformation of grief
Smoke in the air clouding judgement
A repeat of a debris grave
Warmed metal embrace warped
Enlightenment through explosion
Legacy suspended in the sky
Buried in time long past
Ravage the father ruin the son
Fates interwoven a tangled mess
The extension of mortality
Oh beautiful bringer of death
To love is to keep far away
When the sole touch of you corrupts
But you're just a man
