Part 30 : Raw Passion

Jessica's P.O.V

.... “but I do" I smile at him warmly, and before he has a chance to reject me, I steal a kiss. A kiss full of need, lust, and love. His arms quickly embrace me tightly, crushing me up against him. His hand cradling my face as he kisses me with such raw passion. My hands twine around his neck and travel towards his hair, running through his silky hair.

“I love you Conner" I whisper as he moves his lips to my neck.

“I love you Jessica" he says in a husky voice, engulfing me whole.

I wake up with the sun shining right through the curtains, blinding me. I shift from the uncomfortable gaze and face a sleeping Conner. He looks so peaceful, I gently careful not to wake him, caress his face, moving the stray hairs. He looks older as light stubble covers his face. Leaning over slightly I peck his lips lightly and he shifts.

"I love you” I whisper to his sleeping form with a smile and I see a small smile appear before his lips.

"Jessica?" he whispers

"Yeah?' I smile, watching him talk in his sleep.

"I'm sorry"

“For what?" I ask bemused and he opens his eyes, looking at me adoringly.

“For hurting you" he whispers

“it’s all in the past love" I whisper and lean over and peck his lips. He smiles against my lips and holds me in place, kissing me for real.

“Conner?" I laugh against his lips and he smiles, pulling away but still holding me above him.

“Yeah?"

“What happens now?' I ask seriously, gazing down at him.

“Only time will tell” he smiles “but I know that I want to be with you"

“Well that's good news because I know that I want to be with you" I laugh
