i'm sleep when i get woken up by the sound of something falling. i sit up immediately and look beside me to see the empty spot that once had aaliyah.

i get out of bed with quickness and open the bathroom door. i see aaliyah standing on the sink and some of our things that were on the sink on the floor.

"baby what are you doing up here? get down" i scold

"the lightbulb went out" she mumbles and i realize the lights did look a little dim in here. "here" she passes me the light bulb

"aaliyah, get your ass down." i say "you're pregnant"

"and? if the lightbulb need to be changed it needs to be changed. you know i hate the dim lights. i didn't fall or nothing, i'm good"

"okay but what if you did fall? you know how clumsy you are"

"but i didn't" she shrugs "wait help me down"

i sit down the light bulb and i help her get off the sink, making sure she's okay.

i give her a small kiss on the lips before we head back to bed. i'm gonna have to tie her ass to this bed when we go to sleep, at this point. she always up to something.

"mhm i'm not sleepy" she say after a minute, sitting straight up before getting out of bed

"baby, get in bed" i sigh knowing she's a handful

she ignores me and leaves out the bedroom. i grab my phone and head to safari typing in 'can pregnant women take melatonin?'

what it told me basically said no.

i look for other alternatives because if she's awake, i'm awake. i cant sleep knowing she's up and might end up tripping and falling. especially knowing her clumsy ass.

i get out of bed and head out the room to find her taking her time walking downstairs. "get back up here!" i scold

"i'm not a child" she roll her eyes

"let me give you a massage" i suggest

her eyes lit up before immediately turning her body to walk back upstairs. i smile knowing she's about to be knocked out sleep.

i watch as she walks past me to our room and she stands there waiting. i get on the bed and she gets between my legs.

i take my hands and begin massaging her shoulders gently. "breathe, deep inhale and exhale" i say

"mhm" she lets out a moan

"that feels good?" i ask

"so good"

"good" i say before moving my hands to her neck reliving all the tension.

i watch as her eyes clothes and she has steady breaths as i continue to massage her.

soon i feel her body relax like she's about to fall asleep and i move from behind her and get on my side of the bed. she falls asleep and i press a kiss against her cheek before closing my eyes to fall alseep.
