i'm back home after a few day stay at the hospital but our baby isn't. we named him kai and his middle name is billie because i figured since this is definitely my last baby i will go ahead and name him after her.
tomorrow is the twins birthday and i had planned it all out but i can't do anything about it. billie said she would take over and get sierra and jade to help too.
billie and i walk into the familiar room full of babies and i smile once i see kai.
"our little bj" billie smiles looking at him
it's actually killing me that i cant hold him yet and won't be able to take him home until next month.
"or kb?" i suggest
"mhm i'll call him bj" billie shrugs
"lets read to him" i say before pulling out 'the very hungry caterpillar' book from the bag i brought.
we both sit down in chairs near him and take turns reading to him. after a hour of being there, a nurse walks in and gives us updates about him.
we spend another hour with him before leaving and going to get the last gifts for the twins which are piggy banks.
"i'm so tired" i say
"we'll be home in like two minutes" billie tells me before placing her hand on my thigh while driving
"i'm going to send you all the inspo pics for the party. that's how i was the decorations to look" i say
"you need to heal. i know you feel horrible about not doing anything but planning the party but shit happens" she comforts me.
"you're right, it's just they're turning three and it's a big deal to me"
"kourtney's prom and graduation is coming up next month, if she goes to prom"
"oh you know she's going, we just have to plan all her appointments"
we get home and i make a post about my baby.
