he opens the file folder in his hands and sighs sadly before saying "we found a tumor, that's the size of a walnut. we can perform surgery but of course it's already getting larger as the days go by. we would need to perform emergency surgery today"
he pass me the CT scan of my brain and i look at it seeing the tumor and it makes me want to just jump off a bridge and get it over with.
"what if i don't want the surgery?" i ask "you have to shave my hair off and i don't know how i feel about that....also what's the healing process?"
"baby, you need this surgery." billie tells me
"but what if i don't want it"
"you'll die and that can't happen." she shakes her head
"well luckily for you we wouldn't have to shave your whole head, just a portion from the back up on your right side" the doctor tells me
"and the healing process?"
"i'll keep a close eyes on you here in the hospital for a few days to till a week and once i see you're ready to go, you'll be admitted into a rehabilitation facility where you'll learn how to do things that you may not be able to do due to the surgery"
"like what?"
"it may be possible that you end up losing your walking abilities, you may forget how to speak and forget certain things in your life. this surgery is very risky but in the end you'll be 10 times better"
"why would i want an surgery that could kill me and ruin my life?"
"you may heal up very fine, you never know unless you try to save your own life" he tells me
"aaliyah, if you don't get this surgery i'll kill you before the stupid tumor can kill you" sierra say
"yall piss me off" i say
"baby, i know im known for making bad choices but this i'm for sure on. you need this surgery. if you don't go through with it, we will all lose you"
"fine....i'll do it. if i die, all of you in this room will be haunted. i will make it my mission to make you scared and miserable in life" i say
"good" billie smiles
kourtney pov
"did mama give you an update on mommy?" amari asks me
"not yet, she's probably just pregnant" i shrug knowing she's the most fertile infertile woman i know.
i look over to see the twins fighting. aria has elijah in headlock and he's punching her in the stomach.
"stop it!!!" i say pulling them apart "now what happened?" i ask them
"he hit me because i didnt want to share my toy" aria say
"that's not true. you lie!" elijah defends himself "you snuck and attack me"
"somebody isn't telling the truth and i would appreciate if the lying stopped and i was told the truth" i sigh
aria say "i'm sorry i lied kourtney" and sighs dramatically.
"apologize to your brother, we don't fight our siblings around here. it's not nice" i tell her
"i'm sorry lijah, i was just playing. i didn't mean to actually hurt you" she tells him
"it's okay just don't let it happen again" he tells her before they hug.
"do you guys wanna play hide and seek?" i ask
"YESSS!!" everyone say
"okay i'll count first" i say before putting my hands over my face and closing my eyes
