Buzzbox and the Bees

Once the blizzard had died down we headed down the line towards Brendam, the line became very treacherous when the two tracks ended, when we got to the girder bridge we had to go very slow because of how damaged it had become from the blizzard.

After all that struggle we arrived at Brendam and decided to go over to where Cranky, Carly and Big Mickey are to check if they were alive, once we got there we saw that they were not. Carly was off the edge of the docks and in the water, Big Mickey had fallen onto the tracks and was dead and finally Cranky was missing his entire head which was nowhere to be seen.

Suddenly we heard Boco's horn as he rounded the bend that leads to the china clay pits, we were very happy to see him, he told us to follow him up to the china clay pits and we did. when we got there we only saw Bill, we asked Boco where Ben was and he showed us.

He rolled up to a mine entrance that had metal plates that had been welded to it, blocking the way in and only allowing a small gap for us to look in, which is where we saw Ben. his face had ice spikes shooting out of them while the other half was bruised with a black eye.

Toby asked why he was in there but before Boco could answer Ben charged forward, crashing again the metal causing us to jump but luckily it didn't break. Percy asked Boco what happened to Ben and Boco started explaining to us what happened to him.

Apparently when the blizzard hit some trucks derailed due to Ben bumping them into some flatbeds Porter was shunting causing Ben and Salty, who was behind Ben, to be stuck in a dead end part of the docks. After a few days Salty had turned into an "Ice monster" with spikes coming out his eyes.

Ben had to fight his way out by bumping Salty into the derails trucks causing them to be moved out the way, sadly by the time he had gotten out his face was partially frozen which caused him to have mood swings, headaches and boiler aches before turning into another Ice monster.

Since Bill didn't want to kill his own brother Boco and the workmen decided to weld metals plates to a mine entrance to keep him locked in, as soon as Boco was finishing his story the blizzard began to get more aggressive so Boco and James took cover in the sheds while the rest of us went into one of the larger mines.
