Chapter 16

Luke's POV

Today is my date with Ashton we are going to the carnival I know it's cliché but I know he'll love it. "Luke what do I even wear." He grumbled. "Here I'll pick out clothes for you." I say. I picked his black skinny jeans, a bandana, and his band tee with his black converse. "Here." I give him the outfit. "Okay." He said. I left for him to get changed and I went to ask my mum to use the car.

"Mum can I use the car me and Ashton are going on a date?" I ask. "Yeah of course. Ashton's something special huh?" She said. "Yeah he is he's everything I could ask for." I smile. "That's sweet, have fun honey." She says. "Thanks and I will." I say and going back upstairs. I bumped into Ashton. "Sorry." He laughs. "It's alright." I chuckled. "Are you ready?" I asked. "Yeah." He nodded. "Bye mum!" I yell. "Bye Luke, bye Ashton!" My mum yells. "Bye Liz!" Ash yells. Ashton looked hot. Especially with that red bandana around his head.

"I love your mum, I wonder what my mum was like." He said tearing up. "Ashton, nope, no crying today is going to be a fun night okay." I say and he cheers up. "Okay." He said and I pecked his lips. We went in the car and I started driving. "Where are we going?" He asked. "It's a surprise." I smile. He groans. "I don't like surprises." I just laugh. "We're almost there Ash." I say putting a hand on his thigh.

We were finally there and we walked out and Ashton's reaction was all that mattered. "Do you like it?" I asked. "Like it I love it, it's so beautiful oh my gosh Luke." He said in awe. "I'm glad you like it." I smile pecking his cheek. I laced our hands together and we walked in. We bought our tickets and went on the first ride.

After a few hours we went on every ride except the Ferris wheel. "Ash, let's go on there." I say pointing to the Ferris wheel. "O-okay." He stuttered. "Are you scared of heights?" I asked. "Well yeah just a little bit." He said shyly. "Come on it'll be fun." I say dragging him towards the Ferris wheel. He got on and it started. Ashton cornered his eyes with his hands. "Ash, it's not so bad." I laugh while uncovering his hands from his face.

"You're right I love this view it's really pretty." He said. "Luke, this has been the best date ever thank you." Ashton said while looking in my eyes. "You're welcome Ash." Then the Ferris wheel stopped and we were at the top. "Oh no did it break?! We are going to die!" Ashton panicked and he clung to my arm. "No Ash, it's supposed to be like this." I say calming him down.

"Oh." He said. We looked into each others eyes and we connected our lips together we continued to kiss until the Ferris wheel started moving. "I love you Ash." I smiled. "I love you too Luke." He smiled back. When we got to the bottom I took his hand in mine and we went to get some cotton candy. I got blue he got pink. We walked out of the carnival.

"Luke thank you for the amazing date I can't ever thank you enough you have changed my life so much and I love you so much." Ashton said. "I love you too Ash and don't ever forget that." I smiled. We got in the car we both finished our cotton candy. We had a silent ride home it was a comfortable silence. When we got home Ash, was asleep. I went to his side and shook him up.

"Do you want me to carry you?" I asked. He shook his head. All the lights were off considering it was 12. "Too bad I'm carrying you." I say and picked him up bridal style. "Luke am I too heavy for you?" He asked. "Nope not even close." I said. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Ash I'm sure." I say. I brought him to my room and I laid him down.

I went in bed with him and I brought him closer to me. Legs already tangled up. "Luke, I love you." He said. "I love you too princess." I said kissing his forehead and we both fell asleep.
