Chapter Nine "That couldn't be possible..."

Chapter Nine: I'm not a Human.

Black. Black everywhere. I couldn't remember where I was before. I thougt I saw a light. A bright light, just like a star, at the end of the blackness. It became bigger and bigger, until it sucked me in. I kept my eyes closed.

I smelled something... it smelled like... Incense. I felt a pleasant breeze going along my body. I opened my eyes...

I stood there, in a room. A room that looked like egyptian and hi-tech combined. Then, I noticed them.

I saw them, the same... things that I saw killing everyone. They stood around in the room. Two of them sat on a throne. I looked to myself. I wore egyptian-styled clothes. This couldn't be possible...

The things suddently became... humans. I saw a man on the throne, holding a sort of scepter. He smiled toward me, but I was frozen of frightning. "Welcome!" He said to me, and stood up from his throne. I watched him walking closer to me.

"Ah, you don't know why and how you are here, right?" He said to me. I nodded.

"Well then, come with me." He said, and gestured me to come with him. I followed him, as he walked out of the room.

"I understand your sudden frightning. This never happed to you, but you are the One." He said.

"W...w...w..what is this all?" I said shocked.

"Let me explain it. You think you are Keely George, born on 21th of March in 2142 on planet Earth. You was raised by two persons: your mom and your dad. Well now, I know that you are special to Earth scientists because of your... green blood. Do you want to know why you have that green blood?"

I looked to my wrist, and I saw the same green blood as the day I remember. I was probably the only one who had that...

The man showed me his wrist: green blood. I stood still. I was confused and worried, and I didn't know what to do.

"You have that green blood like me... because you are not a Human. You are a Cartagian, like me and everybody on this planet. Your real name is Caranad Soheqyk, and you are born on 745th of Lemocad in 7426 in our year count, but it is the same as your birth date in Earth years."

I couldn't believe what I heard. In all those 14 years I remarked that I was a normal human, I seemed to be another species.

"But... but why am I here?" I asked.

"Because you are the Qutozes, The Chosen One to lay contact with all species in the galaxy."
