Devon's POV
Today me and my mom are going to the mall to buy baby stuff,i really wanted Antonio to come with but he had to go to school for exams.
"What do you think of this, isnt it adorable?" My min says while showing me the changing tables, i choose to ignore her and go over to the baby clothes and thats when u saw the cutest onsies ever it had little crowns in them and it said "keep calm because we are twins" i instanly threw that in the trolley with some more onsies,vests, t-shirts, pants,beanies and some little fluffy socks, thats when i heard the laughing and turned around to see my mother looking at me smiling .
"Is that all honey?" She asked pointing to the trolley and i saw it was overloaded with baby clothes.
"They are just too cute mom,look at them so tiny and cute" i respond holding a onsie out to her.
"Aww honey you remind me so much of myself when i was pregnant with you,i literally bought half the stores empty and that was only clothes no strollers and changing tables, no diapers and stuff." She said and started laughing so hard everyone in the store turned to look at us.
"Can we help you?" My mom asked and everybody returned to what they were doing and my mom grabbed some diapers, face clothes, soap, bath toys, baby bath, baby shampoo, lotions and a changing table we paid for the stufg and headed out the store with three trolleys of baby stuff mostly onsies( what? they are too cute too only take one) and thats when she got a call and scurried off to a corner all i could hear was when she said we will be right there and hung up.
"Who was that?" I ask her while watching her closely.
"Nothing, just work i -i have to be there in fifteen minutes so come on we have to go" wait is my mother lying to me? She never lies especially to me i wonder whats up.
When we got to the car we put everything in the back of the car and got in she turned the radio on and drove to us home looking very suspicious but i didnt want to bother her if she wanted me to know what is going in she would tell me.
We pulled up the drive way and got out of the car and before i could get the stuff she stopped me and said that we could get it later and told me to go inside while she locks up the car.
Something is defintely wrong with her but i head up the stairs and she calls after me wait for me and wait for her to catch up.
