Anti was happy to be back inside the house.
He never thought he'd be happy to be in THIS house but it was welcome compared to confronting Dark Chica.
Like THIS, anyway.
Dr. Iplier took him inside and brought him into his room, petting him soothingly. The doctor sighed, "What am I going to do with that man? I didn't think Dark would be so . . . . well. . .ignorant isn't the word. Gullible? I don't know. He should have known better than you introduce you to Dark Chica. Damn dog tears up any living little creature she can find. It's a part why King isn't allowed near her anymore since he reeks of squirrels"
Anti whined, rubbing his face on his cardigan.
Dr. Iplier chuckled at him, "You sure do love this cardigan, don't you? Is it the fabric or the smell?"
Of course he didn't get an answer. Dr. Iplier took it off and set it down on a chair, setting Anti down on it.
Anti mewed a small thanks and curled up on it, making it into a new little nest until finally snuggling back into it, purring his little heart out.
Dr. Iplier fixed his glasses and smiled, "Glad I could help, I guess. Why don't you stay in here for a while with me? You look like you need the rest, anyway"
Anti had no arguments there and started nodding off in the scent of Henrik that was slowly fading away.
'I wonder when he'll see him again. . . . Does Henrik come here at all? Maybe I'll see him and he'll recognize me. . . .'
He could only hope.
Until then, he'd wait.
That night, Anti felt a little better but now he was raring to go and do something.
Mess with someone.
Cause trouble.
He found Bim in the living room.
It looked as though he were getting ready to go to bed but Anti had plans. He knew Bim hated him but now he was going to do something that would MAKE Bim gush over him.
He was going to win his heart tonight and then puke on him tomorrow.
The perfect revenge for calling him evil. . . . . . although he supposed he would only be proving his point but he didn't care about that.
Anti faked a whimper and started limping into the living room towards him with a pathetic cry.
Bim blinked, sort of surprised and just stared at him, "Uh . .. what the fuck?"
Anti cried sadly and limped all the way over to him calling for help. He was very convincing.
Although Bim was very unsure about this. There was no one else in the living room this late and he was getting uncomfortable.
"What. . .. what did you do? Are you limping?" he rolled his eyes, "Don't tell me. Did one of the idiots throw you or something? Was it Wilford?"
Anti started to shake, really selling it.
Bim was breaking.
He sighed, "Fuck . . . . are you really hurt? Goddammit" he got up off the couch and wandered hesitantly over to him leaning down on one knee.
Anti leaned on Bim's leg for support and cried again, keeping his back leg up, pretending it was hurt.
Bim touched his leg and Anti flinched but the game-show host merely grabbed him, "Maybe I should take you to Edward? He's not vet but. . . . " he held Anti securely, "Hm. . . ."
